Very clean. Good service. Freindly staff. Spacious room/suite with 2 full bathrooms and a separate washroom.

Soundproofing against the street is not good, you can literally hear the conversation people are having outside on the street. Even the hotel is very clean, it is getting older and need to freshen up a bit, particularly the bathrooms. Breakfast is rather small and staff there is normally quite attentive, but on our first day we arrived very early when the restaurant had just opened. The staff was so “passive” and didn’t give us a good impression. Surprisingly we had a totally different experience rest of the days.

As a family of 4 we thought the 2 bed suite was perfect for our needs. The room sizes were excellent. Also the staff were very helpful with our requests and attending to our needs.

Although all the facilities were very good in general, the breakfast could have been a little better, such as more variety of coffees and pastries included.

We have truly enjoyed our stay at Heritage Luxury Suites - the communication with the hotel was good, the rooms were clean and high standard, the whole suite was very stylish, and the beds extremely comfy. The hotel helped us with airport pick-up and drop-off, and the safety measures on site were enough to make us feel safe without going to the excess. The breakfast was varied enough to satisfy our tastes.

It was so clean and presentable. The interior and moulding were so aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

Breakfast was very basic. I asked for a latte and they told me it’s not included on the breakfast. I had to pay extra for that. Some of the food was cold. No traditional breakfasts were on the buffet.

Clean hotel clean rooms, good central location to shopping malls. All staff friendly good security felt very comfortable during our stay really enjoyed our stay at this hotel will stay here again when visiting Lahore. Thanks to Arbab & Tayyab & all other staff

Been staying at heritage for past several year never has the staff been disrespectful or rude but this time a certain manager hussian was very disrespectful and rude . Apart from the initial bad experience with certain manager rest of staff was very helpful and considerate .

The hotel’s architecture is very ethnic and soothing. Overall it was a very good experience staying here. It is centrally located in Gulberg with easy access to the Liberty market and MM Alam road.

Very central location. The rooms are like well furnished apartments Spotless clean Breakfast has high quality products, though the selection of items is limited The ambiance of the entire place like an Andalucian palace is great

The humming sound of the generator and/or air conditioning external units was audible in the rooms we stayed in.

What a gem this place is. It takes a lot for me to get to feedback but this property and all aspects of service force me to leave a review

Bed could have been better with less to no squeaking but comfortable mattress and all other aspects compensated
