The first room I got was horrible but the staff upgraded my room from Deluxe to Executive suits with discount price which was really comfortable and decided to prolong my stay. The staff was really nice and cooperative and made me feel like a home.

Interior was so boring and old, it must be improved with facilities such as mineral water, toilet paper and towels. I paid extra at the property although I was not expecting. I would be more happy if I knew before not when I was checking out.

Everything was classy, and the staff is cooperative Cleanliness and tidy-up Everything even plates, food and service staff, Front desk Receptionist was also very kind nice and gentle. This is my 2nd time stay in this Hotel.

Location and convenience, best for males and solo traveler.

I didn’t find it a family friendly place. Lots of males sitting idly and unwanted disturbances and unwanted stares. Reception has privacy issues that is why I would not bring my wife or family. The service for food could be improved, I was charged extra money and no receipt was given to me after I ordered a pizza and Pepsi and some other food. I don’t mind paying but asking money without receipt is not good. Staff at counter should be asked.

I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to others. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, neat and clean hotel and outstanding service You are doing great keep going 👏

They went out of the way and got bran bread for me. But not many options for breakfast. The staff is very nice. Rooms are clean. Furniture is new. Washrooms are clean. Overall, comfortable stay.

There are no shops in the vicinity, not their fault. I want to buy fruits when I am travelling. Can't get those in the neighborhood or anything else needed.

Everything was perfect including the staff. The helper who helped us with the luggage in morning was very humble. He definitely needs a raise!. Due to some issue we had to check out around 2 pm instead of 12 and staff was very cooperative.

There was a guy who was standing when we made our booking at reception then he followed us right through the parking and kept staring. Idk if he was a manager or not but it seemed unprofessional as he kept starring and didn't even said a word. We stayed in room 202. It was our 3rd stay in this hotel but 2nd time in room 202. Tbh the build of the room is not so good. The door opens right in front of the bed. Also for the bathroom, the pressure of shower is not so adequate. There should be a dustbin in every room

It was overall a good stay. I did not stay for long but had to pay for the whole day. There should be an option for variable stays.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be better. Everything else is excellent.

The location is very nice and the staff is responsive you can call them anytime. Also the breakfast was very nice

There are no cold drinks available and also no one offered to bring it so i had to go and bring them myself which was not so nice and the water bottle here is really expensive.

Old furniture can be replaced with Good one. And faulty room lights can be replaced.

The price point and the facilities. The location was perfect they had a microwave and fridge in the room.

TV should be smart. AC was not well maintained. Iron charges were exuberantly high.
