We stayed in the Executive King rooms, which were spacious, full of character, and had excellent furniture and amenities. This hotel has lots of character and history, which we noticed while booking, and we're glad we did, as it's something we appreciate sincerely. The staff is extremely friendly and seems genuinely happy to help with anything they can. We had many great chats with them, which made the stay enjoyable. The choice available at the buffet breakfast is excellent, and you can ask for a custom-made omelette too.

The quality and replacement of the toiletries could be improved upon.

Stylish, historical hotel, aesthetically renovated. Large room, almost a suite. Good WiFi and A/C, comfortable bed, plenty of storage space. Constant supply of bottled water. Big choice at breakfast buffet. Friendly staff, especially the porters. Lawn in the grounds with seating. Good room cleaning and room service for in-room dining.

Leaking shower cubicle, so the bathroom floor always got all wet. Enormous fix showerhead, so shower could only be used with a bathcap, if one didn't want to wash one's hair everytime. Constantly closed curtains by the window, since facing a wall with barbed wire on top. Nowhere to go for a walk outside hotel.

This is a lovely old colonial hotel well situated in Lahore. It feels like a busy business type of city hotel. The room was exceptional. It was spacious, comfortable and clean with plenty of places to put our belongings and several comfy chairs. The A/C was effective and quiet. The large attached bathroom had a good shower and plenty of hot water. Fresh fruit was delivered every day. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping staff and dining room staff were also welcoming and polite. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

On arrival by taxi the main door staff just watched as we struggled to get the luggage from the boot of the car. Only when the driver asked them did they call for the baggage trolley and staff to come and assist. Although most staff are welcoming and friendly, we certainly felt ignored by the staff in suits.

Huge room, very luxuriously appointed, and very comfortable. Superb breakfast buffet comprising both a number of delicious Pakistani dishes and various Western dishes. They also serve a great espresso coffee. For the sweet tooth, a number of excellent looking pastries are available too. Staff are very friendly. The location is central and the hotel is a bit of an oasis from the chaos that is Lahori traffic. Highly recommended hotel.

I had dinner in the restaurant and the waiters are not fluent in English. Eventually, the restaurant manager took my order. The other problem is that a couple of times, items were brought that I did not order. It's probably just a communication issue, but I found it frustrating.

Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. Location is the best in Lahore - great for accessing the historic sites in androon Lahore, is next door to Bagh e Jannah park and also well located to access the more fancy areas around Gulberg. The hotel has beautiful historic charm. Breakfast was brilliant!

The room was great - bed linen and towels could be a bit fresher. Decor is a little bit tired - particularly the bathroom, which could be updated (toilet seat and grouting etc.).

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a smiling receptionist. He asked me if I had stayed in the hotel before. I replied that this was my first time. He upgraded my room to a room, which had a history associated with it. It was great. The room was nice with very well-maintained wooden furniture, which added to the aura of the room. The room size was also great with adequate spaces. Breakfast had lots of choices, and I thoroughly enjoyed my early morning breakfast.

The only thing that was missing in the room was the bathroom slippers. It would be a great addition to further enhance hotel ratings.

Fabulous art deco building with a lovely garden. Lovely big rooms with comfy beds and buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Dinners were also buffets with lots of choice. Staff were very helpful.

They need to improve the towels in the room routine. We arrived and there were no towels in the room ( not even one to wash your hands). The towels eventually arrived. Then the next day they disappeared- we stayed 3 nights. I think one cleaning department collects the dirty/ all room towels every day and another team brings fresh ones?? This creates a certain amount of towel anxiety as there might not be any for hours. We considered locking one towel in the safe so we could be sure to have one. In the end it was a bit comic…. However, no towel intervals were inconvenient and hopefully could be easily improved. The staff are very helpful.

All hotels in metropolitan have same vibe and same issues. Even their odour is same. As i can safely say this for all including five stars - major issue i face is rooms there are suffocated as many of them have fixed/closed windows. What best Faletti’s has all its aura and vibe. Just look at its corridors. Even the staff - they all know that they are proudly the very part of something which has 150 years of rich history. Exceptional experience 👍

The garden rooms are luxurious and comfortable Sitting in the garden under the trees is a delight. Food good too

Location is a bit away but with InDrive very easy to get anywhere in Lahore. The first room we were given was by the banquet area, no wifi and plus plus noisy. We had to insist on being changed to garden rooms and then our stay was perfect as it had been on our two previous stays.

Everything about the entire stay was excellent. The staff were courteous, amiable and professional at all times. There was a wide and varied choice breakfast buffet. Their hi tea was superb. Their complimentary shuttle service was very punctual. Clearly, this hotel has heritage which is evinced in the service they provide.

Only thing I didn't like was that my stay was only for three nights! This was the first time that I stayed at Fletti's. Next time I will stay here for longer to enjoy the brilliant service and ambiance of Fletti's.
