Staff was really nice. Facilities were upto mark and even they accommodated to check out time to increase for an hour. We asked for an iron and they provided us. Fair parking space is available.

Only one thing to note that there was no hot water. We even informed the staff and they let us know, it is working. Rather than having a look and fix the problem, they just said it. I even did check afterwards but there was no hot water.

During my two-night stay at the hotel, I appreciated the overall positive experience. The service was commendable, and the accommodations were comfortable. However, there were a few minor areas that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.

Our room was very large and clean. AC was available and we got tea and water. The staff were very friendly and polite, although not speaking English (which wasn't a problem). From time to time there were power outages, which caused the AC to stop working. The hotel is of course not to blame for this. It is a relatively long drive to the main attractions of Lahore, but the surrounding area is very nice and relaxed. We liked it here very much and we felt very comfortable.

Location is good. Water Filter in the kitchen was in good/clean condition. AC was working good despite being old and small it provided very good cooling.

There were some kind of red/orange insects in the room. And was some dampness/moisture in the room on arrival but that was fixed by running AC on dry mode for few hours.

Best family guest house in Faisal town. Very convenient location to commute to city centre of lahore; shopping malls Emporium and Amanah Mall. It has all the necessary stores nearby. Jinnah hospital is just 5 min away. I am a solo female traveller and I recommend it as it is safe for ladies. Receptionist Khurram and the helper Noor were very helpful.

Good and safe environment even for ladies travelling alone. A family guest house opened 2 months ago in Johar Town. Good facilities. Value of money. The helper Noor was very helpful. I would love to stay again:)

Limited food items on the menu', they have mostly fast food. I stayed 4 nights and the phone in the room was not fixed after complaining twice.

Secure off street parking for motorcycle. Share kitchen available. Super helpful staff. Good size room.

The kitchen needs a deep clean as many surfaces are covered in old grease.
