Amazing staff, extremely helpful. Always on call. Really comfortable family room

Remote wasn't working well for the TV and was unable to have a shower before bed as there was no hot water

The location of the hotel is very good. Overall stay was good. Family room was spacious.

The staff is friendly but the security guard was very much rude, he didn't know how to talk with customers.

The room was good, it was clean and everything was present in the room. There was a perfect room for couples

There was an outside sound in the room. And the sound of the room was going out, there were less tissue papers, room slippers were not available in the room as there was only a washroom sleeper which they called room sleeper, there were less tissues in the washroom. There was no bathtub in the washroom even though the description mentioned that bathtub was available. There was no hot water in the washroom even once in 24 hours.

80% Western style bathroom. Fast room service. Nice furnishings. Market close by. Parking is available.

Sheet didn't fit bed, stained single towel for a couple stay, vent in bathroom didn't work. Toilet not western flush therefore tp doesn't work well here. Second night booked after was a higher price.

Good facilities. Clean room, air conditioning was efficient. Staff friendly and helpful, replaced mini fridge immediately when informed them it wasn't working. The location was good and close to all amenities. Suitable environment for families

The Breakfast was Very Good and Tasty as Expected, they even provide the according my diet plan. the delivery of breakfast was quick and the staff was really cooperative. and responsive on my calls.

I didn't like their TV reception which was not with clear picture for most of the channels and even after asking about the channels there were no improvement in reception and no channels were added as demanded.

I was tettering on 4/5, however, for the price-paid, the professionalism and kindness of the staff, and the food served, I will settle on 5/5. The location is good, remembering that Lahore is a massive city, and as such, to be located in the middle of it, proves useful, as traveling from one side of the city and back can take hours... and even longer during rush-hour. The neighbourhood around the property has all necessary amenities and is lively, though not crowded, which was great. The room decor was tasteful and the size good. Bathroom products were usefully provided, and the room service food menu was well thought-out. Everything was 100% except the cleanliness which definitely needs improvement. A lot of paint was flaking off of the ceiling in my room due to a possible leak at some point above..

The bathroom toilet absolutely needs to be cleaned properly and there were rust marks on the sheets; I'm assuming from a rusting clothes line? A could make a few more points, though, importantly, I was satisfied with my stay and I am due to return, so 5/5 is evidently warranted

I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. It was great experience. Staff were always willing to accommodate any supportive. Location is very good I would definitely recommend this facility
