Room was spacious, Bed was Comfortable, Minibar was nice, Electric kettle was provided. Environment was Peaceful. Breakfast was fresh and traditional

Buffet Breakfast was missing 2 out of 3 days of our stay , Breakfast didn't have much options and Only apple was provided in fruits . Smart T.V was missing

Umar was amazing at showing us great hospitality every morning at breakfast. The food was also delicious.

The windows did not close fully in our room so the noise from the road was quite loud all night long.

Hotel management was extremely helpful. Adjusted us very well according to our needs. Breakfast was excellent, both adult and children friendly. Their all day cafe had numerous options and the food was very tasty. Room service was fast and efficient. Rooms and other services were all great value for money.

Room AC was noisy. In the washroom, hand shower of WC had very high water pressure which spoiled the clothes. "Safe" in the almirah was already locked!!

The staff was exponentially nice. The view and cleanliness and the facilities were great in this price range.

The rooms need a bit more deap cleaning.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. They upgraded us from deluxe rooms to suites without any extra charges.

There was no janamaz in our suite. It took a while for them to bring a couple. Also, only one key card was issued. I had to step out so I put in another card, but that didn't work and lights went out. Minor things
