The rooms were really nice and cool. Powerfully a/c and fan combined even got too cold at night so had to have them on low setting. With breakfast included up until 11.30am so had plenty of time. They should have a breakfast set menu but gave a few options which were fine, fried egg, scrambled, French toast tea/coffee and water... It's fine to start the day off with.

The location was a bit too quite nothing around so had to get a taxi but it was next to a busy road. The beds were a bit to soft, there was no bath but had shower which was fine, the TV only had a few channels coming clear as the ariel must have got damaged could not find a sports channel as the euro 24 were on so had to watch it on phone. Also light switches were all near the front door none near bed side cabinet, so when going to sleep had to get out of bed to close the lights then get back in.

They maintained the hygiene, staff was helpful in every possible way.

Food (biryani) wasn't pleasant, not suitable for old age people. I guess...! It isn't their mistake I think, because it was outside the hotel's food which they usually ask the restaurant to deliver for their guests.

Rooms were good in size and clean. Everything was in working order and there was no complaint in amenities.

Since the location is little off from the main commercial area and one cannot easily walk to get something for food, there is a dire need of Kitchen within the hotel which was big missing. Only delivery from foodpanda or directly from restaurants are the options. They only provide breakfast. Pls have a kitchen. This location has severe mobile network issues which is of course, not their problem but then they should have a very strong wifi internet system to serve their customers. There was a very limited internet service from their wifi and no signals of voice and data of 3 mobile operators, mainly for room number 201 and 202. May be other rooms do not have this problem

Cuzzy inn hotel is One of my best experience.Very cooperative staff and family environment.Theirs rooms are like 5 star hotel providing every basic facilities with economical price.Location is also perfect every thing is around it like cafe restaurants and shopping mall.Highly recommended for families.Best thing is that they dont allow unmarried couples.

Room was clean and same as shown in pic, staff was very cooperative, main attractions around like emporium mall, AlFatah and many restaurants ate at 5 mins drive. Mosque is at 5 mins walk in Abdalian Housing Society

Some of the amenities could be improved like remotes for TV and A/C. Although A/C and warm water were not very important in this season but it would be nice to keep them in operation.

I’m staying here for 7 days and its already feels like home from the day 1. The hospitality was incredible, especially Saeed, Mujaheed, Kamran, who offer us many helps beyond our expectation. The room was great and spacious with complete amenities, the location very near to hospital where i did my treatment, and the food is also very good. Bravo Cuzzy Inn Hotel.. hope you all for the best 👍👍👍🙏

The hotel exceeded expectations with its friendly and attentive staff, prime location, and cozy, well-maintained rooms. It was a delightful experience overall.

Just a slight improvement in the Wi-Fi connection would make it perfect.

Property is located at one of the best elite areas in lahore which gives access to every nearby tourist attractions easily. Mr Dilawar hussain & Mr Saeed ul hassan at the front desk are the most cooperative and humble person available 24/7 at our service. Mr Muhammad pervaiz from house keeping kept check and balance of each and everything to make our stay most comfortable.

Good staff, behaviour was excellent. Room was well design and have complete accessories. Only one thing was missing. Soap in the wash room. As my stay was short time I hadn't need of wash room but found there was not any Soap in it. Yes I can ask them. But that should be there because it's necessary.

Our first trip to Lahore was a good experience especially our choice to stay at Cuzzy Inn Hotel was a wonderful selection. Good Hospitality right from the owner Mr Kamal and amazing staff Mr Saeed, Mujahed and others , making our stays valuable experience.
