The rate was reasonable, location was outstanding, staff was very cooperative and cleanliness was good but can be improved especially in washrooms.

The price given on booking.com was 5500 but we were charged 8500 there.. what does it mean😕 show actual prices on your app otherwise don't advertise. 8500 was charged only for the room without any meal.. means its too much please don't do this scam to any other person like me.. secondly, there was no light. Lots of load shedding. Do some proper facility for electricity. These negative points make the tourist attractions minimum. Please cooperate for this. Thank you

Well. The location is good but the management of White Palace allows non-resident people to visit the property on charge and this makes the beautiful lawn and resturent very crowded. The residents cannot use the lawn and resturents during the day. Clineliness of the rooms can be improved. The rooms were not clean including the bathrooms. Hot water was not available and the line had to be fixed for hot water which took additional time..
