It was our first anniversary in April a week later Eid Ul Fitar, we were coming Pakistan from Dublin, as we both are so patriot so we decided to spend our special day somewhere peaceful and beautiful place in Pakistan. After some research we decided PC Malamjabba as our dream destination. Then problem started, my family and friends said to me to its not safe to travel alone for you, Eid just passed so roads will be blocked or jammed with heavy traffic. I was worried and I thought why not to ask my TDD community for help and I did ask help from a traveling group, lots of friends clear me there is no safety issues in the area, someone gave me contact number of Operational Manager of PC-MJ and I called him to ask about the situation. The guy Mr. Rehmat was soo kind and cooperative he gave all the initial info over call after listening to my concerns man helped me with route and more info related to travel. I drove my dad's Mitsubishi Lancer from Islamabad to PC MJ and the road was smooth, till swat it was motorway after that road was just normal but in very good condition. Only problem I faced was very few patrol stations on motorway. Hotel staff was very welcoming and cooperative our check in was super smooth. My Allie Irish card refused to serve the staff was cooperative to me and they said I can go to room and rest we can resolve this issue later on, Thank you Ms Urooj and Mr. Ahmed for helping me out with charge method and smooth checkin. There is a ski resort just infront of hotel which have lots of activities. we tried chair lift and zip line, both are highly recommended, if you go to malamjabba and you didn't do zip line ahh man what you came for than. Our experience throughout the stay was super good and wonderful. room was super cozy and thanks to Mr. Shahid resturent manager who arranged a specil candal light dinner for us. I wana say thanks to Mr. Rehmat sir you are doing good job.

Everything is fine we liked Everything

The service was impeccable; the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The location is unbeatable, nestled in the mountains with breathtaking views of the peaks and lush landscapes. Highly recommend for a luxurious and serene getaway!

Except breakfast the food was somewhat disappointing. Hygiene-wise, everything was up to standard, and the dining area was spotless. However, the taste of the food was average, which seems to be a common issue across all their hotels. If they could improve the flavor and variety of their dishes, it would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Swat, Malam Jabba is one of the most beautiful places in Pakistan, PC hotel is excellent just next to the most famous Malam Jabba Chair lift and ski resort with lush greeen mountain views. Stay at PC hotel with family was great experience, food was great and staff was very helpful and cheerful, Mr. Waqas from house keeping dept. helped us a lot during our stay. deluxe room that we stayed in are small

So far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The hospitality was truly from the heart of each hotel staff. Never stopped giving and always strive for the best. The kindness that they have shown really from their heart. Location, ambience, food, room, outdoor activities... all comes as one that makes PC Malam Jabba a place I could call home...

Maybe to have shower curtains in the bathroom and also the criket outdoor game should not be charged for.

I had a mixed experience. While the reception staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, the room service left much to be desired. It was often slow and unresponsive, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the hotel's location was ideal. The scenic views from the room were a definite plus.

The friendly reception staff and great location made a positive impact, but the room service and food quality need attention. I believe that with some improvements, this hotel has the potential to provide a more enjoyable experience for guests.

Resort is beautiful and well kept. Rooms are big and clean. Food was excellent in the property but on the expensive side. Views are great from the rooms. Security was excellent.

Swimming pool was not open. No water falls or river near by.

Fast checkin and checkout. Friendly staff in all depts. Quick response on call. Availability of a doctor 24 hrs on call. Kids play area

Bedings color is not that much super white suggesting to be replaced. Suggestion: to have a SPA in the hotel.

Room was nice and clean, staff was very polite, and hot water is coming at all times.

Food taste was just ok, they can improve on food, especially pizza instead of slice cheese they should use mozarella cheese. In biryani they should also add potatoes

The hotel is located in a very good spot with a clear view of the ski slope and surrounding mountains. The hotel is very neat and clean. The staff is very cooperative. Decently equipped gym with a view of the valley. A very good place to relax with your family. All the recreational facilities including chair lift, zip line, ski club, giant swing, and slingshot are very nearby and easily accessible on foot from the hotel.

The food option in the breakfast buffet is very limited.

Breakfast and its management were quite poor. Regardless of how early you arrived, most of the dishes were already empty. The quality of the food did not meet PC standards.
