I stayed in Room 300 and had a really good experience. I had asked for a smoking room, and they made sure I got one without any hassle. I reached a bit earlier than the check-in time, but they still let me check in, which was a nice gesture. The room was clean, comfortable, and looked just like the photos. Room service was quick and helpful. I also tried the hi-tea buffet at Marco Polo, which had a good variety and tasted great. The complimentary breakfast was also enjoyable with plenty of options.

The only downside was the ongoing construction outside the entrance, which made access to and from the hotel a bit inconvenient at times. It didn’t affect the stay inside, but it did make arriving and leaving slightly difficult.

I just wanted to share some feedback about our stay — everything has been absolutely wonderful. From the clean and comfortable rooms to the delicious food and excellent service, we’ve truly enjoyed every moment. A special thank you to Hibba at the reception — she has been incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Her warm and welcoming attitude made us feel at home right from the start. The staff especially Anas and Faizan were very accomodating, always happy to help and always greeted me with making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible.

The Air cons were not cooling enough which cut my stay short and made a uncomfortable during the night. The staff in the breakfast room, we're slow and hardly up to finesse standards. Having to wait for ages for breakfast as there was only 1 chef most of the time. A little boring breakfast menu. Nevertheless the food was fresh and tasted good

Clean and lovely atmosphere. All details thought out well and the rooms were nice and modern. The pool was a lovely and clean. Gym/ massage services were good. Plenty of food choices.

Hotel had an ironing room which I wasn’t a fan of as it wasn’t convenient having to leave the room to do ironing. Security is great but a little over the top! The car gets checked thoroughly and then all bags get scanned as well as x-ray body machines. These aren’t great for kids and a lot of hassle- especially since security staff weren’t very helpful. Although most staff were helpful, compared to other hotels during our stay we found that the hotel staff werent very understanding or helpful towards having a baby and helping meet needs e.g the cafe didn’t allow hot milk to be ordered downstairs (it had to be ordered in the room etc) .

Room was very clean and well decorated, also very comfortable master bed. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Staff was exceptionally good and willing to help. Also, above and beyond was the staff attitude towards making my stay as comfortable as possible. Staff was always willing to listen and open to advice and suggestions. One of the staff members in Breakfast restaurant was exceptionally good, she did not only listen to my suggestion but to my surprise next morning, my suggestion was actioned by her too. Well done! Strongly recommend this hotel for stay.

Corridor carpet was a bit dull and worn out but it was not a big issue.

The atmosphere and variety of food choice. The staff were very hospitable from the reception to housekeeping and to the lovely staff in the the Executive Lounge and Marco Restaurant. Mr Shameem and his team Ahmad Ali who served us drinks with a smile and Sidra our breakfast hostess was always very pleasant. Mr Shameem was very attentive to our needs and they all made us feel welcome. Not forgetting the door man and security that stood near the lifts.

The hotel staff were amazingly courteous, professional and helpful. Due to an extended stay I had a number of interactions with various members of the hotel team. I must mention front office team members Ms. Jennifer, Ms. Aiman, Ms. Rameeza and Mr. Hameed. They are all exceptional professionals with very pleasant personalities and great energy levels. In conversations they came across as well educated, cultured and knowledgeable. Having stayed at hotels all over the world these ladies and gentleman compare favourably with any international hospitality professionals. All of them are a credit to their establishment. The other good thing was the quality of food and service at the Tai-pan Chinese restaurant. The restaurant staff took obvious pleasure in serving me and were very knowledgeable about the dishes being served. The location of the hotel is a very convenient one, with good communication connections to rest of Rawalpindi and main Islamabad.

The rooms are comfortable but on the smaller size and the decor is bit dated. A facelift will make it a more attractive proposition. The bathroom's also need to be upgraded. The Pakistani food available at Bokhara restaurant was overall average with the serving staff not coming across as very professional. The hotel bakery had very limited selection while I had expected more, it being part of a very reputable hotel chain.

My experience was really excellent like second home and staffs very nice, supportive and accommodated especially Mr. Mansoor front desk he will go beyond to assist you and accommodate.. Mr. Khalid welcome you every single time with smile. in room service all staffs especially Mr. Liaqat and cleaning staffs as well as hotel transport team

Staff Behavior

I appreciated the effort to arrange a bathtub as requested. However, I was disappointed with its size—it seemed more suitable for children and not fitting for a 5-star hotel’s executive room. I hope you’ll take this feedback into consideration for future guest comfort.

Good service and good food

Little road construction happened out side the property so was difficult to enter the building. And my car was little damaged by another car in the car park but management has apologised and found the details who damaged the car. And matter was resolved.
