The hotel is surrounded by vast and picturesque landscapes that are difficult to capture in photos. It would take several days to fully explore the beautiful Macadamia grove, bridges, lakes, and canals. There are numerous spots around the property where guests can sit comfortably and admire the scenery and wildlife. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary access to amenities like the pool, table tennis, and air hockey, and we enjoyed several games during our stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from and was of excellent quality. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were well-maintained, including two pools for children and two for adults, bike rental, and various other leisure activities.

This return trip to Los Lagos resort exceeded our already high expectations. Not only has the resort continued to enhance its amenities, such as the wonderfully upgraded kids' swimming pool, but all four pools were impeccably maintained. The staff remained consistently warm and accommodating, adding to the overall exceptional experience. Additionally, indulging in their organic macadamia nuts and delightful macadamia bread was a true delight. This visit was flawless in every aspect, solidifying our decision to return again in the future!

The naturalistic

Los Lagos is a lovely place and I enjoyed my stay here. The facilities like the pools were very quiet and we had them to ourselves. They have 2 pools. One close to the hotel for lounging and sunbathing with a bar attached, and another a short walk away which is more for swimming for excercise but also very good for sunbathing.

On the downside it felt like some of the things like plumbing was a little old and in need of updating and maintenance. The water in our room stopped on one of the days. We talked to the front dest and they were able to fix it no problem so it want a big deal. Also we had a room with a hot tub but the hot water tank was not large enough to fill it. We had to start filling it up and the water would go cold, so we had to wait for it to heat up some more water then top it up.

Grounds of this hotel are extensive and beautiful. Nice pools and places to walk. Breakfast was excellent and you could eat on the outside patio.

The beds could be upgraded. Only 1 linen on mattress seemed insufficient. The layout in the room could be improved. Add a couple side chairs, table, or small sofa.
