Good quality hotel, clean and bright. The suite was spacious, with good wi-fi, and giant bad (although pillows weren't comfy). Not far from all the center shopping places, e.g. $1.3 by Uber to the Nissei store. But beware of traffic. In the evening it took us 40 mins to finish literally the last mile to the hotel.

Breakfast was average, there was some usual selection of food for the area, but mainly nothing tasty. No single cup or bottle of water in the room. When I asked in reception for a glass or a cup - they offered only plastic ones referencing some strange policy. Asked for a paper one - they have them near the coffee machine. Parking doesn't have plenty of room, probably some track wouldn't fit well. But overall it's good value for money, I would return next time if the rooms are discounted.

Poor television, it seemed like if subscription ended. Wifi was terrible, i had very important things to do and this was a very major issue. Please fix. In room 213 the wifi was almost non existent. There was a strange high pitched sound by times in second floor which was very disturbing. No idea what it was, like maybe a pipe with a lot of pressure maybe. The area is ok but don't suggest to walk too much at night.

Not a good location. Did not feel comfortable walking around at night. Rough area. They recently installed a sliding door to the bathroom that has a sharp edged bolt sticking up to tear your foot open. This was very dangerous. We wrapped a towel over it to protect our feet in the middle of the night.

If your visiting Ciudad del Este I highly recommend this property. Centrally located and very friendly staff- the one young lady at the front (whose name I didn’t catch ) in particular was so friendly and helpful. Came with a basic but tasty breakfast and the bed was super comfortable. Also around the corner is a guy on the street that has a charcoal grill whose meat was to die for! I can’t see getting back to Paraguay but if I did I’d stay again for sure!

Great value for such a comfortable and luxurious setting. The breakfast was included and was amazing and plentiful. Fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt, juices and a variety of pastries. Most comfortable bed on our whole trip to Paraguay. Close to major shopping markets - walkable. Uber very available for exploring saltos de monday and itaipu damn.

They let us to check-in early. They do have a small pool to refresh when it's hot outside. Breakfast quite poor. Shower door was broken so the floor in the bathroom was wet all the time.

It’s a good place for one or two nights. A clean room, great staff, close parking for car and not bad breakfast (fresh and tasty). The location close to the border.

The hotel exceeded our expectations from the pictures and the price. It was incredibly comfortable and peaceful. The coffee at breakfast was some of the best I have had in Paraguay, living here for 13 years!

There was a small treshold at the entrance of the bathroom. I hit my toes twice. The tráfic in Ciuded del Este is terrible.
