Our room was lovely and big and cleaned every day. There were fresh towels for us every day which was nice. Breakfast was great too. We spent some time in the jacuzzi too which was nice! They minded our bags the next day which was great. Staff spoke little to no English but were still extremely friendly.

One jacuzzi wasn’t very warm, but they had another one. The hotel was a little far from the falls. It cost us 85€ round trip by taxi to get to the Argentinian side. The hotel arranged this which was great as we didn’t have to wait long at customs. Area around the hotel was very quiet. A few restaurants near by and mall by Uber which had great food.

Swimming pool was amazing and havig two jacuzzis increases the chance you'll have one for yourself. Breakfast buffet is generous. Shower is spacious. We were very grateful for the AC. We felt safe walking around the hotel.

Shampoo and soap are packaged in individual one-time-usage portions and don't have a particularly pleasant smell. We went to the restaurant for dinner and wouldn't recommend it. The only option is the buffet and most options weren't to our taste. On another evening, we ordered the pizza from room service and were taken back by the 'special dough'. TV wasn't working in the room.

The location was quite good for getting around the area and no issues being picked up for a tour of the falls. The pool area was quite well laid out as well.

We unfortunately found ourselves with one of the rooms facing the road which can be quite noisy (even with windows closed), along with the small room size being a bit of a detraction, however we were there to tour the area which is why the location is the main feature of the hotel.

The swimming pool was a great (and unexpected) bonus at the end of our exhausting days at the Iguacu falls! it's open until late (after 10pm), and has a nice poolside bar with drinks, snacks, and even full dinner options. The staff was helpful in arranging transportation to the Argentinian side of the falls.

The room was not as nice as expected from the pictures, but still fit our needs.

This hotel is fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool is even better than on the pictures and the atmosphere is really great. We would also like to especially thank a young man who served drinks in the pool bar in the evenings, he was always very smiling and helpful which made us feel very welcome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Foz de Iguazu!

The hotel is really lovely, has a luxury feel and the facilities are excellent. The pool area is amazing and the drinks from the pool bar are lovely. We stayed in one of the suites which was a real treat - would really recommend it! The breakfast was great. The location was good to walk to restaurants and 20 minute drive from the falls.

Everything was good - nothing to complain about at all! Everything was perfect!

Beautiful room with plenty of space. About to unpack bag and enjoy the room. Shower was great and bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and nice. They also were present and attentive to guests like calling a lift before you got there. Food was very good.

Breakfast is very busy early in the morning so avoid if possible, after 0830 was calmer and easier to eat. Power points were in odd locations in middle of bed.

Room was very small and the linen a bit worn. Towels was fine. Our room was also right next to the hotel laundry which was very noisy from early in the morning

Conveniently located. Well equipped room. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely. Easy check in and check out.

The key card for our room door was faulty and we had trouble getting into our room a couple times during our stay, but the staff were super helpful with it.

Breakfast would be better if was available from 6am not 6.30am as can be rushed for tour pick ups.
