The people at the reception were very helpful. The hotel was clean, with very convenient location. Breakfast OK, good selection. The hotel arranged a free of charge taxi from the airport for us.

The air conditioning was too noisy, we had to turn it off when we want to sleep. They were willing to change a room for us but the air conditioning was the same loud there so we decided to stay in our room.

Excellent tours from the hotel , Augusto was a terrific help guiding us to the best restaurants in the area,and lining us up with taxi's that were reasonable in price. Perfect location to see all three sides of the falls Brazilian Argentinian and Paraguayan. I would definitely recommend Pietro Angelo.

TV does not have YouTube, breakfast is not the best, and the last day extension charged me 400 reals, much higher than other nearby hotels

Really friendly staff. The pool area is nice. They have a nice family room that sleeps 5 and is divided into two rooms with a shared bathroom.

The bathroom wasn’t as nice as the rest of the room. It was a little bit expensive for what you got.

Very very clean. large breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Good shower pressure and hot water. nice pool and gym. very reasonable priced drinks at the bar Great staff. Augusto at reception spoke excellent English to help us with any queries and organising transfer. The young man who was the porter but didn’t get his name was extremely helpful, happy and friendly.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bedroom size was very good. The bar was great with really awesome bar staff. Great drinks! The little gift shop at reception is really cool. You can book attractions easily from the reception area with helpful staff too. A very complete hotel experience.

The bathroom could be a bit cleaner.

The location was okay, 3 blocks away from the bus stop for Iguazu falls and the Argentinian border. The receptionist Augusto was really helpful and spoke English. Breakfast was good selection. The room was clean and tidy. Good hot water and water pressure.

Excellent location in city centre, very clean, secure parking, friendly and helpful staff. It was too cold for pool use when we stayed, but the pool looked beautiful! Beds were comfortable. Pão de queijo at breakfast probably the best I've ever tasted!

Shower pressure was OK, but not great. Bathroom sink was tiny. Breakfast was good, but not much choice of fresh fruit. Towels were a bit worn.
