This hotel was a pleasant surprise after the standards of hotels in Argentina. A little difficult to find because of the very small street signage but staff were pleasant & spoke excellent English. I found the on line check in process off-putting,time consuming & difficult & I probably would have chosen another hotel had I encountered this before booking. You receive 3 options- only 1 actually works & takes far too long- with the implication you will not be allowed access unless this is complete. I eventually managed to satisfy the bot, so check in was seamless. It was also a welcome surprise that all the staff I was in contact with, spoke excellent English & were unfailingly warm, polite & helpful. Room size was excellent & quiet.. Hotel is close to the local bus station (not long distance!) & the main shopping area is in an adjacent street behind the hotel.

Breakfast was ordinary,although it does seem to be in line with expectations in this country. The water dispenser is only on level 1 which means very frequent trip to that level to replenish drinking water. It would be preferable to have these on each level

Originally wasn't sure what to expect here, but we had a great stay at CLH! The price to quality ratio is pretty unbeatable. The room (and especially the bathroom!) was larger than expected, with a big bed AND a small bed. Everything was very clean. The shower pressure was strong and the water very hot. They provide housekeeping services as well and we got fresh towels daily. The common areas were a very pleasant surprise, especially on the 1st floor (computer area, common kitchen, pool and ping pong tables). The readily available water filter in the kitchen area was super convenient as well. It's a mix of a hotel with the conveniences of hostel amenities. The hotel is also located in the Center of the city. Finally, we really appreciated the excellent service we received from every single front desk staff member! They speak multiple languages fluently and were able to keep our bags at the front office while we went on a tour (front desk is 24 hours). They were always so nice! Thank you 😊

Very clean and spacious rooms. Located just across the road from the bus stop to Argentina and a few blocks away from the bus terminal where the line goes to the falls.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and kind. Breakfast was good, rich with fruits, sweets. Just missed a little legumes, tomatoes, cucumbers. The room was spacious. The bed could be less soft, time by time had a feelings like I am in a waterbed 😊 Would suggest to have at least one small lamp beside the bed. Excellent location, the bus stop is oposite the hotel, around nice cafes and restaurants, shops. Just a walking distance. We will enjoy the next time!

They also have a tour operator on the premises, where you can purchase tickets for various attractions at a reasonable price. The breakfast is average, and the staff are very friendly. All the receptionists speak English and are very helpful. Special thanks to Maria for her excellent customer service and helping me with my Portuguese airline form.

The magnetic door key doesn't work most of the time.

Awesome value for money: We were positively surprised by the size and quality of the room given the price. In walking distance to the local bus terminal. Close to some restaurants but not the Schimmelpfeng street. No noise from traffic (possibly because we stayed on the 5th floor). Good breakfast given "our" prices (scrambled eggs, sausages, papaya, pineapple, melon, bananas, apples, juice, cheese and ham, different types of bread, coffee, tea, milk, sweet pastries).

No water on the breakfast buffet. The room was sold for a higher price when booking without breakfast option (16 USD instead of 13+8) but this effectively reduced "our" price for breakfast to 2.50 instead of 4, so no problem if you plan to have breakfast.

Great location with a bus stop to the waterfalls just across the street and many restaurants nearby. Helpful reception staff that gave us a lot of useful tips. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was up to standard with others we have experienced during our travels in Brazil.

Not much to say - shower was a little small and elevators were a little slow, but these factors did not pose any inconveniences to our stay.

Breakfast buffets could have been better with some extra choices and magnetic door key needs upgrading.

The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful and they speak very good English. When I asked about taxi fares to Puerto Iguazú, the staff shared that taking the bus is not complicated and shared where I can get Brazilian reals for the bus. The location is really good, many nice eateries within few minutes walk, buses to Iguazú falls and Puerto Iguazú stop at the bus stop opposite the hotel. The shower area has a small holder to put toiletries. The hotel also has a water dispenser.
