I am very experienced traveler in Europe, the North America, Mexico, the Caribbean and the South America. My feelings at Del Rey's stay was exceptional. I would give 11 instead of the maximum value, 10. Also, I speak very well in 4 languages. The stuff in full speak in a perfect English. The people is super friendly and want to help you as they can. The breakfast was delicious and had variety of tropical fruit, meat, candy. The bed is super comfortable. The room is super clean. All is new. The corridors and lobby is excellent and clean. Thank you, Del Rey's staff for the excellent job.

Nice, comfortable and reasonably priced. The area safe to walk around. My son and I walked at night back to the hotel after dinner, it was safe and quiet. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Very helpful staff at reception (seems to be manned 24/7, were very helpful when I was unable to get an Uber at 4.45am!). The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure great (although the temperature switched every now and again). Good breakfast, and helpful travel agent desk in the lobby - helped me book a last minute trip to the Argentinian side of the falls. I don't usually book through travel agents, but this was 100% worth it. There is also a large supermarket/hypermarket about a 10 minute walk from the hotel (although not one I'd do late at night), so it was great to be able to pick up snacks and lunch for the next day. Yes, it's a bit further away from the falls than the other (very swanky) hotels that are just outside the park, but it's easy to get an uber/taxi to the park and/or airport and much more cost effective.

The shower temperature overall was fantastic, but every now and again (presumably when someone else took a shower) would drop (or increase) suddenly. Everything else more than made up for it though. A pity there was no free drinking water in the room, or somewhere to refill a waterbottle (outside of breakfast), but I just bought big bottles from the supermarket.

Came in after a long day and the heated pool was welcome! Nice rooftop. Staff was very nice all along, even after checkout. Room was cleaned and comfortable.

Not many restaurant options, but the shawarma place (not yet on google) few meters at your left when you exit the hotel is an affordable option. Missing bag in the trash bin for me, not a big deal however.

Close to restaurants, clean room, very helpfull personal and very quick in case of demand, good breakfast also in early time at 6am

Great budget hotel with excellent, friendly and helpful staff (all we encountered at the front desk also spoke English). Room was basic but clean and had many comforts.

The room included a fridge, which was a nice amenity. If you're only staying for a night, this place is ideal. The front desk staff were very friendly, giving us restaurant recommendations and providing an umbrella when it rained. The breakfast offered was decent, and the rooftop pool and jacuzzi were amazing! We also enjoyed the caipirinha at the pool bar. The hotel is within walking distance to the main shopping area, and we felt safe exploring the area on foot. Getting an Uber to various places was also easy.

The room we had was quite small, resembling a dorm room with an en-suite bathroom. We visited in December, and the air conditioning took a while to cool down.

Before my arrival asked if I Can book a Taxi to the Hotel with then and I Never got an answer Twice in the Morning I got waken up once by knocking and once a Person just walked in and turned on the light between 8-9. I would really like to have a do not disturbed Sign :) There are not so many Restaurants around

We had the deluxe suite, which I hadn’t realised I had booked as it seemed a reasonable price for any standard hotel room. And wow, it was incredible! A huge room, with huge bed and bathroom. It was beautiful and was definitely worth the extra cost. The staff were very helpful and attentive

The only thing that let the hotel done was the outside pool and hot tub. Both were a little dirty and too cold to use on an already cool day - Foz do iguazu has limited things to do (after the falls!), we would have been bored had we not had such a nice room to retreat to.
