The pool and outside areas were great 🙂 The Hotel is in a good location. On the main street for shopping and a few nice places to eat. Lovely staff on reception. and pool bar area. I only take coffee, toast and marmalade for breakfast so the selection doesn't bother me 🙂 But my husband was happy with it👍

We didn't dislike anything, but would just say that the hotel bed rooms are clean , but a bit dated, and could do with a little modernization, however we spent very little time in it so not a problem at all. The bed was big, and comfortable. I would definitely suggest having just a regular ordinary toaster in the dining room please. 🙂👍

Great location just next to the bus terminal, from where you can get directly to Iguazu Falls. Hotel is very clean and tidy, rooms big and comfortable, breakfast of great variety and amazing outdoor pool! Staff very professional and friendly, we got brilliant recommendations from Joao regarding trip to Argentinian falls and places to visit in Foz de Iguacu, which we are extremly grateful for :) We could also leave our luggage before and after check-out, which was very helpful. Everything for a very good price, definitely a perfect choice, I wouldn't change nor add anything :)

Great location in the 'old town'. Many restaurants nearby. Also 10 minutes walk from the bus terminal you can catch busses to Argentina and Paraguay from. Free use of safe boxes at the reception

Lift is terrible! Sometimes works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes stops on the first floor, well, sometimes it doesn't...

Hotel is really city centered, downtown area. Five minutes walk to bus terminal, plenty of restaurants (from economic to fancy ones) nearby. Room was not big, but not too small. Breakfast was really good, my friends and I really enjoyed. We didn't use the pool, but was quite large. The lift is kind of odd, but fully functional. The building seems to be quite old, but refurbished - comfy experience, I should say.

The staff was kind, but sometimes a bit confused, a bit messy; nothing to worry too much. We had to wait for a while to get to the room (wasn't clean by the time we arrive) but the hall was quite comfortable.

Location very good nearby restaurants, bars and supermarket also breakfast so tasty. Room very spacious and tidy. Staff very friendly.

Poor signal Internet inside my room . Pillows very hard and lift no works right floors.

The staff were very attentive. It was my friend’s birthday while we were there and they left a delicious cake and card in our room for him. Very thoughtful! The breakfast was also delicious and the perfect location in the center.

Big rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Nice big pool area. Excellent location close to bus station and taxi rank for the falls. Close to cheap eats and drinks. Good aircon and showers. Big rooms.

Weird nylon bedding and building works during our stay.

Amazing staff. Nice breakfast. Clean. Location is superb - near bus terminal from which bus 120 will take you to/from national park and airport.

Water pressure is low and shower is very slippery

After the first few nights me and my twin brother were really happy for the stay, so happy we kept extending and stayed total of almost two weeks. This Hotel is like every hotel should be. Very welcoming, organized, straight forward, clean and tidy. We had three different rooms and all were modern hotel rooms, very clean and tidy. We enjoyed the pool on sunny days. Highlight was the staff working here, they were very professional, nice and helpful.

the Pool is nice, the staff is very friendly. They would even let us use the pool after check out and warm up our food (leftovers from a Restaurant) in the kitchen.

No Wifi in the room. Even after asking to change rooms, we received the answer that the router was reset. Nothing happened though, no wifi at all, at least in our room.
