Good location surrounded by several restaurants. Clean spacious room.

The hotel recommended their travel agents to book tours. The agents have their desk inside the hotel lobby. We trusted the hotel’s advise and booked a tour through them only to learn later that they charged us three times the usual cost of that tour if you book outside!! It was a daylight robbery! Be careful and don’t book through the travel agents in the hotel - they will fleece you!

Super clean, very nice breakfast, polite staff!

Fo the hotel itself everything was very smooth and there wasnt something we did not like. However they recommend loumar tourismo for their tours and transfers to/from the airport. definitely skip this agency as with our case they got the date wrong and we ended up searching for transportation at 12.00am in Foz airport. Do uber easy and hustle free. For the rest of the tours they provide through them based on this experience we recommend search on your own than trysting their services.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. It was very central with easy access to transport to get to the local attractions such as the Cataratas, Itaipu Dam, and other attractions, as well as local shops and restaurants. There were other facilities such as swimming pool, and massage chairs that we could have used if we had more time there. Overall, it was a great experience 😁 Fully recommend

There was nothing we didn't like

The room was spacious and the beds quite comfortable.. Helpful staff. Bathroom ok, the shower not very modern. Clean rooms. It has air-conditioning, but it doesn't double as heating. Enough blankets (it is winter now here). Very close to the bus station, where there's a bus that takes you to the falls and to the airport for peanuts..Very good breakfast, included in the price.

Our room on the third floor, opposite the stairs, was a bit noisy.

Lovely hotel, reception staff very friendly and helpful at all times. They have tourist desk if you need to book tours etc. The room itself seems a bit dated, but clean and comfortable nonetheless. The AC was very good and welcome in the hot weather. Bathroom was clean and facilities all in working order. The pool was lovely! A handful of deckchairs to relax on and even access to the next doors hotel 3 jacuzzis! Breakfast buffet was absolutely brilliant! Kept us full until dinner for the time we were there! 5 min walk to bus terminal which is ideal to access most tourist attractions nearby for cheap!

Absolutely nothing, I loved everything about the hotel.

The location was excellent because I was sick and next to and in front of the hotel there was a pharmacy, plus we could walk to some restaurants. The breakfast was excellent, many options, all tasty and also with a terrace in case we wanted to eat outside. The pool and jacuzzis are a great addition to have a relaxing day at the hotel and almost no guests use them. A large and comfortable lobby area to wait for an Uber.

The staff at the front desk is not so friendly, we asked for help to order a cab and they could not solve us, finally we better order an Uber on our own, but also was not proactive to open the door of the hotel, seeing us that we needed to leave, until we told him to open the door, he did it. We were in a room facing the stairs and we could hear noise every time someone passed by. The toilet was clogged, however we reported it and when we returned in the evening it had been fixed.

Good location, near lots of restaurants and bars. We went to Cinco Gastronomia one evening which was about 10mins walk and excellent. Staff sorted a taxi for us to cross into Argentina. Pool and Jacuzzi was nice. Breakfast had a lot of choice. Big rooms. Thank you!

Hotel is in a good position and everything was according to the description. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was a bit cold, but we could use the Jacuzzis from the hotel beside and they were warm and relaxing. Waterfalls are pretty amazing and worth the whole trip!

Very good breakfast, staff was amazing, accommodating small requests. Cleaning and overall organisation was just perfect. Hotel located in a very lively region of town, with the benefits and problems that it brings. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were very nice, with extra towels being provided at reception.b at conditioning in the room was just perfect (and essential in Foz do Iguaçu)

Some of the facilities are not the shiniest or newest, but it's a family run hotel and it doesn't detract from the overall experience
