Great value for money, we stayed on floor 21 and the view was incredible especially sunset and sunrise. The rooms were spacious and clean. Microwave provided which is always a great addition to any room. There was also a seating area with sofas in the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and although we experienced some issues they were all solved. The breakfast is fantastic and a very big variety. There is also a tourist office for bookings which was very helpful and we used them once during our stay. There were lots of restaurants around the area which was also a plus. We also managed to go to a supermarket and a laundrette nearby via Uber. Location is great.

The Wi-Fi barely worked on the level we were on, and the AC was a little loud and there was noise from a generator outside the window, but with ear plugs I was fine.

Big brand new hotel in the nicest high rise building in town. Biiiig rooms with comfy bed and good seating areas and good aircon. Nice swimming pool and gym area, even in the winter (at least if you are Scandinavian). Excellent huge and hygienic breakfast buffet. The hotel is strategically placed close to the bus terminal, where you can catch busses to Iguazu Falls in Brazil, Iguazu Falls in Argentina, and busses or taxis or walk to Ciudad del Este in Paraguay. I can highly recommend this place.

Location. Easy tô walk everywhere and get uber without any problems. Breakfast, one of the best we have ever had. Staff- always helpfull

Had a small provlem with Air conditioning, it was dripping right on top if the bed, hotel sent manutenance but problem continued. Luckily the weather dropped to 10C overnight só we didn't need to use Air for the rest of the stay. Also were charged for items in frigobar that we didn't take, but receptionist resolved this for us.

Stayed in this hotel for two days. I received a lot of help from the staff AN. TOWEGA when I checked in. She is a very warm and friendly girl. Thank you very much!

I entered the hotel at 12:30 pm, and a male employee served me (I don't remember his name) and said: The room is not ready yet, it will be ready at 2 o'clock, and it is impossible to arrive one minute earlier. What can I say? Ten minutes later, I requested again and got help from another female employee and got the room immediately.

We had a rocky start and it was very unwelcoming due to room issues during the check in, and we were transferred to another hotel upon arrival. Hotel manager Rogerio called the next day to hear my complaint and offered his apologies and a nicer room for the rest of our stay. I can say they have really tried to revert the bad experience that happened at the start of our holiday and our stay was much more pleasant afterwards. Breakfast and room were superb!

Didn't even realise that I booked such a great apartment 🤩 loved everything. Planning to come back to Iguazu again and now I know for sure where to stay. Recommending to use a travel agency in this hotel (Loumar Turismo) and Karolina will definitely meet your expectations, she is an angel, goes beyond her duty to help as much as she can and even more.... The spa is really great and Marieli is the best masseuse I have ever had 👌

Very good hotel good location on edge of town,rooms are huge, reception was very nice,only thing was the hotel bar was closed on Tuesday evening at around 7 we used to meet as a group before heading out for dinner also the pool cafe was not open, but overall this hotel is well worth staying in,and the breakfast is very good

This is an excellent hotel with a very good service from the bellman to reception, to restaurant, to the tourist help office. The room we had was huge and offered a fantastic view over the city. Sunrise and sunsets were spectacular.

A floor in the shower is slippery. It would be much cheaper for the hotel to fix this problem than to go through a lawsuit if someone (God forbid) falls down.

The staff were very friendly, especially in the bar. Vinny on the tour desk was very informative with queries I had about visiting the falls. Booked through him for Brazilian side and it worked out cheaper than if I had booked online. Pool is nice and clean with great sunshine in the evening. Food was good in the bar. Breakfast was delicious with an abundance of choice. First morning there, there was a violinist playing throughout breakfast. An amazing way to start a day.

Rooms are a tad dated but it was clean and for how much time you actually spend in it, it's totally fine.

everything but specially the massage, the morning breakfast, the pool, the see-through elevator, the staff, the facilities, the location, the cleanness, the spacious room. They recommended a taxi driver (Vilson) and he was THE BEST! If you go, get Vilson to drive you around. Gracias por todo!
