Friendly staff, nice hotel and lovely pool area. They had a staff in the lobby to help out with booking trips to the waterfalls and shuttle service.

The morning breakfast looked better on the pictures than what was available. The pool area was nice, however the music was always incredibly loud, either playing old rock classics or techno music. When asking the staff whether they could lower the music a bit and maybe put on some more cozy/lounge music the staff didn't understand.

Location. It was close to the Friendship Bridge so we could go to Paraguay. It was quite a distance from Iguazu but we managed to get a bus which took us directly there and back. The hairdryer was powerful enough to dry our clothes. The reception staff were helpful.

We’d booked a double room but was given a room with 3 single beds. We only stayed 2 nights so didn’t bother raising this. The bathroom was small with a shower in the corner. There was only one coat hangar and we had to dry our clothes and ponchos after being at Iguazu in the rain. There weren’t many places close by to eat after a long day at the falls as they all closed early (before 8pm)

There was nothing not to like about this property. As soon as we arrived the staff were extremely welcoming and allowed us to check into our room a couple of hours early. The rooms were spacious, clean well equipped and everything that we could have hoped for. There was a lovely pool and games/relaxation area which we didn’t use but looked really nice. I would thoroughly recommend this place to stay as it is great value for money, provided a really extensive breakfast and was well situated.

Noisy people at breakfast salon. They should use their mobile phones with headphones and not talk so loud, but unfortunately there is no education. My suggestion : place orientation advices in order to keep silence and pleasant ambient.

Was only in town one night and wanted a central location. Very nice and helpful staff when we arrived. You can book tours right inside the hotel. They were also helpful to give us recommendations for restaurants. Unfortunately, because it was winter, we didn't get to make use of the exceptional looking outdoor area. Shower was hot and tons of pressure. Hotel is only only a block from main shopping street

What I liked most about the property is its location—it's very central and close to everything. The buffet breakfast is very complete, and the customer service is excellent. I had an issue with one of my rooms on the first night, but as soon as I called the lobby, the hotel staff promptly fixed the situation and moved me to a new room without any problems.

I had no problems during my stay. The reception staff spoke English and were very helpful to answer question or call a taxi if I needed one. Wi-Fi worked throughout the hotel; shower water pressure and hot water were good, room was clean, air conditioning worked well, daily housekeeping, and the breakfast had a good selection (I loved the soluble coffee). I really enjoyed my stay in Foz do Iguaçu, it felt very safe, I had no problem getting around by myself. Definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay here, we loved the access to the pool and activities room. The breakfast is very complete, great selection of juices, fruit and all types of bread. The staff really made this location a hit for us. Everyone in the breakfast room was so kind and helpful.

Good location, in city center. Opposite to hotel is money exchange. 1 block from there you can buy sim card, vivo. Good staffs, front desk and restaurant part. Hotel 's restaurant buffet just 30 BRL, good food, good service and very good price. Breakfast buffet was very good too. Spacious room, safe box, TV, good wifi, hair dryer, bidet sprayer, air condition, elevator. Recommend!!!

Convenient location. Very clean room. The cleaner was very professional. The gentleman, who was on evening shift while we were staying in this hotel, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He spoke good English and gave us lots of helpful advice for our stay in Iguaçu and travel to Paraguayan.
