Stayed one night en route to Paraguay. Arrived after an overnight Bus from Curitaba and the lovely lady on Reception let us have our room (335) for which we were grateful. There is a kitchen with kettle, microwave etc and an adjacent area suitable for computer / laptop work although my husband found the signal not strong enough for his Zoom call. Lift to 3rd floor. Neat room with a double and single bed, hanging space for clothing and 6 hangers, fridge, bedside table and ensuite. Good shower, soaps and looked onto the road. The traffic didn't bother us. Clean and fresh bedding and towels. Air con which a staff member adjusted for us as we couldn't turn it off. Unfortunately it rained heavily and having left the window open the top sheet and mattress got a little damp. Water in fridge, 4 Rials. No breakfast but could buy coffee from a machine in Reception. To get to the Falls we walked 5 Blocks to the left and found the 120 Bus which took us to the entrance to the National Park. 5 rials per person. Entry to the falls 130 Rials which includes a Coach ridec bout 5 km through the Park. All so well organised and a great spot. Well got off point but this info was helpful from a reception.

Good budget accommodations. The staff speaks some English. There's an elevator available.

WiFi was weak in my room. Air conditioner was very slow, but eventually cooled the room. Electric slower provided very low pressure. Parking is not secure. It's just a few spots next to the hotel.

Kitchen is very basic (no hot plates) making cooking very difficult

I liked their price. Was very cheap, clean. Their bedroom had fridge, bathroom, location wasn't far from the terminal.

They need to improve cleaning. I saw a few little cockroaches. Their mattres wasn't very comfortable.

Really nice front desk. We arrived early (11am) and they allowed us to check in early. Nice ambience, comfortable bed and okay room space.

AC/Heater broken. Pillows not that good. The safe didn’t work and was being locked by a plastic bottle lid.

It's affordable for a 1 or 2 night stay specially for budget travelers. Staff tried there best to assist

Little noisy because on main road... I found wifi issue but they fixed it after a day... Newly opened hotel I think still need to update alot

Great location, near both the avenue and bar area. Easy to take bus to visit Iguaçu waterfall and Itaipu. Comfy mattress and quilts, we had a very good sleep. Strong hot water. Fast Wi-Fi . Near the reception has one small kitchen quipped with everything you need to make your own food.

I saw some reviews saying that it’s a pity that this hotel doesn’t provide breakfast. Well what I want to say is there is a supermarket three blocks away from the hotel, called “ ÍTALO”, which provides very delicious breakfast including pastel sandwich fruit juice etc you can imagine, with very reasonable price.

Clean and comfortable property. Man on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Great price too.
