Hotel is really nice with good location.

I wish staff have more insights how to visit Iguazu Falls from Argentina side without the tour. It sounded like it is complicated but actually it is straight forward. Just take uber to the border (brazil immigration). After getting stamp wait for any bus which will take you the the terminal of Puerto Iguazu with stop on the Argentinian immigration (bus will wait). From terminal direct transport to the falls.

Toilet faucet is totally outdated and not particle at all. One has to open the tap while holding the hose in the other hand. How bad is that? 🤮 Freezer compartment in the Mini fridge looked as though Igvacu falls had frozen over. For sure they knew that it was freezing over, they even took the freezer door off and put it aside. We had to defrost the fridge and clean it. It shows bad management and the supervision missing. Not at all acceptable !!

Lovely staff, clean hotel The pool is such a vibe - they play live music and it was busy every day we were there Shops and restaurants are walking distance They have a great tour/concierge service - we wanted to go to the Argentinian side of the falls but hadn't booked a trip to get there. The hotel helped us to arrange a taxi that would take us there through border control Excellent service and good breakfast Poolside food and drink is also very good and quite cheap considering it's a hotel

The hotel is a lovely relaxing place with a nice small pool , and you can get drinks and very good food served to you while sitting by the pool. In the evening they had a very nice group of two playing and singing. The prices for the drinks and food are very reasonable

Absolutely nothing about the hotel . It was a great stay. But you will need a taxi to waterfalls and you must go to Refrain Steakhouse (not part of the hotel) for a fabulous meal and show. That's another taxi.

Great location - handy to everything like restaurant’s, bars, chemists etc taxi spot across the road. The outdoor area was well appointed and the hotel interior was clean and comfortable. Staff were accomodating.

The bidet plumbing was faulty the hose leaked. The shower pressure and temperature were terrible - hot to cold kept changing while showering. The pool could have been cleaner, cloudy water and a lot of chlorine.

The room was nice, clean and spacious. The location was great too. Across the road you got a nice steak restaurant, plus you’ve got a pharmacy across the street. Which is handy to have because they’ve got mosquito spray and creams incase you’re going to the falls. This hotel is great for the falls too, as it’s a 20min drive to the Visitor Center. The Uber from the hotel was very cheap and affordable to the falls. From the airport we have the shuttle included which was a nice touch.

The breakfast buffet was very good which includes made to order tapioca crepe station. The bed was very comfortable. Nice pool. Great location with many good restaurants nearby.

The keypad lock was very old and the card keys would work only once and then stop working and I would constantly have to go to reception to get new key(s). The hotel is on the older side and shows signs of wear and tear besides the keypad locks. The gym was underground in what looked to be like a dungeon; it was hot and poorly ventilated and no windows.

Everything :) Extreme rich and broad options for brekfast (definitely recommended: the tapioca crepes), great large room with comfy beds, gym and pool also available (unfortunately the pool was under renovation, so not available when we were there... but it looked good!), fantastic touristic service inside the hall (from which we could organise everything during our staying in Foz do Iguazu)... Really good price for the service received. I will go back again if I pass by the city in the future!

Nothing really... the only limitation was the language as English is not used a lot, but it is easy to communicate anyways :)

Location was good. Staff was friendly (some) and breakfast was decent.

The toilet in the room was not working. I had to complain twice in three days. I asked to change the room, but they offered the key to a different room to use the toilet. I understand the intentions were good, but I booked a suite room, and I didn't expect to have to go outside of my room to be able to use a toilet. This was the case of the first two days (out of 3). The swimming pool was out of use, and I was not told until a few days before arrival when I received an email.

The value of the hotel was excellent. The pool was great. The location was also very convenient to restaurants and the waterfalls. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Our room was a little worn, for example the bathroom door handle fell off and bedding wasn't great. Our bed was uncomfortable and hard. The hotel was generally a great experience, however.
