Lovely hotel within walking distance of just about everything you'd want to do in downtown Foz do Iguaçu. The staff were friendly and polite, the rooms clean, with strong air conditioning and reliable Wi-Fi. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar—it had a great atmosphere, and the cocktails were surprisingly good. We really appreciated being granted a one-hour late check-out, which gave us enough time to visit the Brazilian side of Iguaçu Falls and pack up without stress. Breakfast was solid overall, with a decent variety and good quality—though the juices could use some improvement. If we're ever back in the area, we’d choose this hotel again without hesitation.

We do wish there had been an additional elevator—given the number of rooms and guests, the two available often felt insufficient and led to occasional queues.

We had a great stay at Viale Hotel! We loved the breakfast and the hooftoop that has amazing views from Foz do Iguaçu and Paraguay, even though the pool is not big it was enough to cool off. The waiters at the breakfast and pool area are very friendly and efficient. I just felt sorry for them using long trousers in the 35-degree heat. Our rooms were spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed. Kauani at the tours desk, she was amazing! She organised our tours and everything we needed for our days in Foz do Iguaçu! I highly recommend her services and the hotel !

The lift takes ages to go up and down. It's a bit annoying.

Great hotel. Staff were very friendly and spoke great English. Breakfast was really good. Room clean, modern and comfortable. Location was good, places to eat near by which you can walk to and feel safe. Best thing about this hotel is the roof top bar and swimming pool. Food and beer was really good, live music was nice, staff great, just tap your room card and the bills go on your room bill. Then there was the view of the city, river and Paraguay which was amazing. Wifi was good.

Everything was really good. I would definitely pick this hotel again.

The hotel is clean and comfortable with a nice rooftop. The shower had a wonderful pressure. They organized our room every day. At Night they had live music and the food at the restaurant was very good. The staff was friendly, respectful and kind. Tours guide will pick you up from this hotel with no problem. I also saw many restaurants in the area.

The breakfast should include more variety, too many sweets.

The staff were amazing friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb and the room was serviced each day. Made it an enjoyable and memorable experience. The roof top sunset amazing and I will be referring this place to others. Right in the heart of the good restaurant and bars, I would go back anytime. We'll done Viale Tower Hotel

There was nothing I did not like about it at all

Lots of options for breakfast. The rooftop and pool were nice. Location was good and central (shops and restaurants in short walking distance). Room and bathroom were big enough for us.

The windows were not sealed properly and water was dripping from the window ceiling when it was raining. (Saw this in many other places in Foz as well). We used the pool towels to collect the water. There were no hooks in the room to hang stuff (besides the bathroom door). It was making it difficult for us to keep the room tidy and organized for three people. The Hotel feels a bit dated.

Breakfast was really good, room very nice and spacious, overall solid place to stay to see the falls without going to hostel or splashing out on an expensive place.

Sounds ridiculous to complain about but the lifts are a joke, it takes so long to get down and up because they are small and there are only 2.

I had nice view from my 16th floor room. The room was really nice and comfortable. The food was good.

I didn’t like the swimming pool because it was really hot weather and it was an infinity pool but I couldn’t use it because it’s a bar there and people were drinking not swimming. Such a shame! I really wanted to try it.

A good position with bars and restaurants all around. Nearby bus (120) to falls and airport. Or Uber. Comfortable with pretty good breakfast. Staff were excellent when our Uber failed to arrive.

The bathroom need some improvements; during my staying, the staff use to use the lifts during the rush time creating long queues and waiting time.
