The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Several speak English which was helpful to me. The location is good walking distance to a large grocery store which has a currency exchange, plus an electronic kiosk to purchase adapters and SIM cards. There are several nice restaurants and bars up the hill beside the store. The shower had good water pressure and the hallways had motion sensory lighting. They are replacing the flooring in the dining area and it will look very nice.

The building is obviously older with many areas in need of some repairs. The lights flicked several times each day, the elevator in building 2 stops at the 4th floor on the way up to 6, and at the 2nd floor on the way down nearly each time. One day the elevator was completely out of service for some time. It made me nervous to use it and get stuck, but I was on the 6th floor and need it. Thankfully it did not stop while I was in it.

The location of was wonderful…very close to places to have dinner, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from and the staff were friendly, professional and helpful. We really enjoyed our short stay there 👍

I can't think of anything negative

We were looking for a hotel that is close to the center and the main road to the iguazu falls. This was one of the better hotels with free parking and it exedeed our expectations. It has a pool, a biliard table, good breakfast, small souveneer shop and even a mini hair saloon. The rooms are bright and have everything you need. The bus station is very close. You only need the bus 120. It goes from the center to the hotel, to the airport, to the entrance of the iguazu park and back

Pool was a bit dirty. Staff didnt knew english but google translate saved the day. Rooms are a bit small

The hotel has a lot of features like a small kitchen, water filter, ironing board, and more. The breakfast was amazing.

It was possible to hear a little noise from the elevator. The bed was a little soft for my taste.

Was sick during my time there and luckily the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast is nice and you can book trips through the hotel, which is easy.

They don't clean the room that well

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Soledad! Thank you especially, Soledad! The breakfast buffet is outstanding, for vegetarians or omnivores. Really enjoyed the 24h coffee/tea bar... and the pool was super enjoyable after a long day in the sun! Like a private oasis at the hotel.

We found our room was on the small side. Comfortable, but cramped for a couple that had baggage with them.

Réception is very kindly and good skill to provide and explain anything you need. Nice pool and breakfast.

Week-end the bar next street is very noise.
