The Staff were all very friendly - very cheerful greetings on first day. They also helped us organise taxi from Foz do Iguacu to Puerto Iguazu on our last day, translated conversation with taxi driver for us. Rooms were clean. Hotel corridors were very clean. Breakfast was good (really good scrambled eggs). Location was fine - short walk to bus terminal for the bus to the falls (line 120 which costs R$ per person - need to buy a ticket before you get on the bus). Nice outer courtyard with tables for eating takeaway food. Air con was good.

There was a damp smell when we first entered the room (but putting the AC on the dry setting got rid of this), and spots of damp on wall near bathroom. Bathroom did not have anywhere to hang towels or clothes which was a little frustrating. Outer courtyard is starting to look maybe a bit shabby.

Very clean with very friendly staff. Good choice for continental breakfast. There is a lovely pool area which unfortunately we didn’t get to use. There was a laundry service providing an express service with washing and ironing at a very reasonable rate.

The location was about a 10 -15 minute walk away to restaurants.

The team of the hotel is professional, all the guys in reception are willing to help guests on the stay, and the cleaners keep the room very tidy.

The parking is little, but this is the case of majority of hotels in the center of the city.

super clean and great people working there. definitely exceeded our expectations, especially for this price! the additional baby equipment was nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent, a little bit of everything. The people at the reception incredible friendly and helpful.
