Helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. The in-room sauna. The breakfast was outstanding. Finally a hotel that does not serve beans and bacon for breakfast.

I'd like to have the one bottle of water replenish when they clean the room. An electric plug socket near the desk. Some USB ports for those that forgot bringing a charger or plug adapter. All these things are small suggestions, but that I have found in other hotels. The n-room sauna is not hot enough.

First time - nice room and nice staff- breakfast was good But for international travelers we need another option to check in and check out- planes get into Lima until midnight and get out same time so we need to have other options to hours to check in and check out

The design is modern and suited for young professionals, the idea of having a jacuzzi and sauna/steam in the room is a nice luxury amenity that is well appreciated after a long day of meetings. Gym is a gem and well-equipped to keep you in shape while travelling. Staff at front desk and room service were extremely professional, helpful and solution-oriented at all times. Very good staff culture focused on guests' well-being and needs. Well done team BTH!

The quality of mattresses could be improved. It was not super comfortable, perhaps a bit old. The quality of mattresses clashed with the efforts that BTH has put into providing some luxury amenities in the rooms. Also, the location of A/C is something that should be improved (it hits you while you are sleeping!). The breakfast room is too dark (would be better a brighter room) and no need to play techno music at 7am in the morning. Jazzy or world music sounds would be a better and more inviting option to start the day.

Breaksfast was excellent. The beds are comfortable.

There is an overpowering smell of perfume throughout the entire hotel, which is unbearable and even makes it difficult to breathe. The music and the noise from the club/disco near the reception was way too loud and annoying.

The extra accommodations for our honeymoon were incredible, it made the experience and the special wedding day that much more amazing. Thank you so much BTH and Staff, we will be coming back every time we are in Peru!!! Also thank you for the gentleman at the front desk that helped with my tie hahaha. Even the owner of the hotel let us use a special room to take photos for our wedding day and the outcome of the photos are jaw dropping!! :) thank you so so much

The hotel was very good in general. Its location is excellent. Initially the AC was located beside the bed and it was very difficult to sleep. The hotel changed us to another room and it was very good. Breakfast outside was much better than inside. Very clean and the staff was very friendly the second day up...the first day they did not treat well my wife.

The AC in the room 902 was making some funny noise until it stops. The hotel fixed it very fast. The hotel charged us with taxes knowing that our stay in country was only for one week.

The beds were large and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The bathroom were clean and the air conditioner very good.

The noise from the bar was a bit much, despite us being on the 8th floor and the bar on ground floor. The air conditioner was very noisy.

The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean. Rooms are spacious and our's came with a jacuzzi. The team was outstanding. And even when there was and issue, they were able to fix with care and professionalism. Ronni at the desk is great! Thank you!

Everything was awesome, the bed was very comfortable, the Jacuzzi was amazing, and the breakfast was delicious. I have zero complaints about anything.

The location was perfect for me, but this is out of the way for the average tourist coming to Lima
