This was one of the best hotel experiences my husband and I have ever had. The location, facilities, staff, and amenities are outstanding. The location is only a five-minute bike ride to the Pacific. The hotel provides two complimentary bicycles for guest reservation. The breakfast is from 7:00 AM -- 11:00 AM and has a huge selection of delicious and fresh food. The rooftop swimming pool, bar, and exercise room are great. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in at 9:30 AM! The neighborhood is great too, with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was outstanding.

I loved the location, full of good restaurants and in a safe convenient area. The facilities are also good, great yet small pool and staff very helpful. They also store your luggage safely if needed and bfast is quite varied, with a lovely seating area in and outside. They also offer complimentary drink on the rooftop!

We had a 2 bed room, but both beds were a little small so we ended sleeping separately some nights. Only comment would be pool food is not great for Lima.

* No tea-making facilities in the room (espresso coffee, yes, but you're only given 1 coffee pod per stay and have to buy the rest at $2 a pop) * Breakfast not included (I'd thought it was - still decent value at $10 per person...but INNSiDE seem to whack extra charges on left, right, and centre for everything...but I had to check out in a hurry so couldn't verify any of these. * Room on 9th floor next to lift - buzzing & bumping outside started around 5am + weekend rooftop bar rather noisy.

Staff was friendly, very nice building, clean room, twin room has two full beds, it worked out perfectly for two adults and two kids 10 & 8. Complimentary water bottles given daily. Very close (walking distance) to park Kennedy and Parque del Amor which you can visit for a view of the ocean.

No complains, I had a great stay.

This hotel was very clean, helpful and friendly staff, excellent breakfast selection, decent fitness centre and very comfortable beds! The location was also walking distance to many sites in miraflores and barranco. Also yoga mat provided in room which is a great idea.

Would be great if the window in the room opened for fresh air and if tea bags were supplied in the room. (Note- coffee is supplied).

Welcome drinks at the rooftop bar were nice. Place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, typical but had a few options. Good coffee shop across the street.

I had a hard time calling the hotel to change transfer time when we had a flight change. THey didn't answer many times and then going through booking.com to talk to them was complicated. The black wallpaper was different, but didn't seems depressing or anything.

Very comfortable large room and bathroom. We asked for a quiet room and we were located at the end of a passage with no noise whatsoever. The rooftop bar is great as was the pool. We did not include the breakfast option so cannot comment on that. The Lady Dee bar across the road is truly astonishing albeit pricey

The phones do not call reception or room service. Although it rings no one picks up but there were staff in the reception area and the dining area. The towels (although large) were a little threadbare

The location of hotel is in the heart of commercial Miraflores neighborhood. The hotel entrance is set back in so it feels nice, quiet and safe. The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are all nice and clean. Bathrooms are good size and toiletries smell nice. There is a rooftop bar and good size swimming pool. Good breakfast selection. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lima whether for business or pleasure.

We stayed here our first night in Peru, having accidentally found it on booking.com. We re-booked it for our last night two weeks later because it was such a great hotel in a great location wit great comfort and great service. The buffet breakfast was (believe it or not) one of our three best meals in Peru.

I prefer to have separate shampoo and conditioner and only got "conditioning" shampoo. I hate to complain because most of our other Peruvian hotels had no shampoo at all. I also like to use two bath towels (one for body one for hair) and there were two towels....for 2 guests.
