Very comfortable rooms in a great area of Lima. The staff was incredibly helpful with everything needed, and very kind when my Spanish was very confusing at 3am (when I checked in). The beds are very comfortable and clean, sheets changed every day. I have stayed here when it had a different title and I will continue to stay here.

The private rooms with own bathroom could use a furniture and facilities upgrade, but it doesn't take away from the comfort. The windows are very thin and it can get chilly - no heater in the rooms. Everything great otherwise.

The bed was the most comfortable bet we have slept on in our 9 months of travelling. The room was cozy and had a heater which was amazing considering the temperature at night. The shared bathroom was large and generally clean. There was also only had a few occasions where we had to wait for it,

The walls are paper thin, unlucky for us we had neighbours that did not stop talking, listening to music and doing things you do not want to listen to, from around 5pm in the afternoon until 5am the next day. We were not the only people on the floor to complain about the noise, and whilst the reception and security attempted to knock on the door the people in the room did not care and the staff seemed to not be able to do anything about it.

Exceptional breakfast - great choice, high quality, made to order. Stylishly decorated bedroom, very comfortable bed. Great location - felt very safe, lots of restaurants nearby. Lovely helpful staff who allowed me to put my luggage in the store room until I was able to check in. I didn't book any tours, but there were a wide variety to choose from advertised in the reception area. Had a nice gift shop.

Walls are a little thin - heard every word the couple said in the room next to me, but it didn't affect the enjoyment of my stay

Location is in a prime area and walking distance to everything. I stayed in the four person dorm and the beds are vey comfortable. Water is very hot

There is a sign stating that the bathrooms are cleaned five times a day but I doubt that. The bathroom on my floor was out of paper towel and I alerted the front desk. It took a while to be replaced, and there was another time where there was no paper towel, I did not alert the front desk, and it was not refilled for almost 24 hours. There is not a kitchen to cook in, just a microwave, plates, electric kettle, and fridge. There are also no mugs or cups for hot beverages, just glass ones, and I think this is to make you buy the cups that they sell at the front desk. There is also no paper towel in the kitchen area. Additionally, they charged me a tax for being in the country for over 59 days, although I did not have a passport stamp.

The room and facilities are great. Staff is nice. The restaurant has great and fresh food. I can imagine if you have nice roommates this would be amazing because everything here is nice and comfortable.

The "common" area is small. My room window can't be sealed shut, so you can hear noises from outside and also no curtain so light when the sun rises. I had an annoying roommate who literally had 30 alarms in the span of 30+ minutes until I had enough. And she kept sleeping after turning off each one. I never encountered anything like that.

The location is excellent, with easy access to various facilities such as ATMs, restaurants, pubs, pharmacies, and shops. The area is very safe, even at night. Since it's a tourist zone, prices in shops and restaurants may be slightly higher. However, just a couple of blocks away, you'll find the Mercado No.1 de Surquillo, where you can buy local food, fruits, and many other items at more affordable prices. Furthermore, right next to Mercado de Surquillo, you'll find the Ricardo Palma Metropolitano stop. If you plan to reach the city center, it is more economical than taking a taxi. The hotel facilities are comfortable and clean, and the staff very kind, nothing to complain. I booked a single room with a shared bathroom and during my stay it was always clean and provided with toilet paper and soap.

The hotel offers cool tours both within and outside the city. However, the staff could improve in providing directions for reaching certain city locations on your own, using alternatives to taxis.

This hostel, which seems to be part of a global chain, is very systematically run and well organised. Location is also great in the centre of Miraflores. I also liked the little bit of privacy in the dormitory room, with a curtain and shield on the bed. The shared bathroom is spacious and clean, too.

There is only one shared bathroom on each floor. There is no common room or kitchen in this the facility, meaning that there is nowhere for traveller to mingle. This hostel has more feeling of hostel than hotel in this regard.

Great location, right in the centre but on a quiet street. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and nicely decorated, great storage space and super comfy bed, pillows and duvet, full length mirror. Additional free breakfast was super yummy and filling. Has a social area in the basement which is nice. Has a small kitchenette with filter water tap. Great place, highly recommend, would stay again.

Location is great in the centre of Miraflores. Beds are super comfy and you have a good window view. Bathrooms although shared were cleaned regularly and had a bath - a rare luxury!

We had to pay to check in early although the room was ready. The welcome drink was absolutely awful - basically a shot of straight rum! The downstairs restaurant is very expensive, as are most of the amenities on offer in the hotel.

We had to walk to the other Selina for breakfast, it was only 2 mins down the road but just to mention. Breakfast was ok, a personal preference was it could do with some butter or jam for the bread and pancakes. AC wasn’t great, however we opened the window and that was actually fine for the time of year
