Location is "EXCELENT". Everything is nearby. Lively Parque Kennedy is only 1 block and a half away. You can find restaurants, entertainment, shops, everywhere within a walking distance. Breakfast was ok but I wish they would offer breakfast buffet specially fresh fruit. The ladies working at the restaurant on the second floor were nice and helpful. Regarding the "room" : it was very big, and comfortable. I have stayed in other hotels in the area and my room by far was the best.

The hotel needs an improvement regarding maintenance. I noticed that because I was taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Also the reception area needs improvement.

I love the fact that the staff is very attentive and friendly. The ladies at the restaurant are the heart of this place. The receptioninst at the desk is always smiling, and even the personnel that take care of our luggage are super friendly! The location is perfect as it is on the heart of Miraflores... 10/10.

It is right in front of the main road, and if you want to sleep in, you might be a bit disturbed by car horns, especially if you stay in the rooms at the front, although those rooms are the best rooms in the hotel.

The location is phenomenal. On the right next door, you have an Interbank ATM if you want to take cash out. Claro phone company on the left next door. Metro supermarket few steps away. Western Union is a block away and the Tour Bus that takes you to and from the airport for $5 is also one block away. The best entertainment and restaurants are so close to walking distance. The staff goes out of their way to keep you happy. I have been to many local hotels and had extra charges at the checkout. Here at this hotel, there are no surprises at all.

The breakfast is great but a little bit of variety could help.

Friendly staff and helpful.Clean and have a nice hot shower. Hotel could organise taxis which was nice. Hotel is close to nice restaurants and coffee shops. Close to Larco mar shopping centre which has nice restaurants with an amazing view. Close to Central restaurant and the Rosa Nautica restaurant. Good value

A little noise because it's located is in a main road but if you are travelling only you need a place to sleep where you feel safe and it's a good value for money 💰

The property was clean and spacious, perfect for a family of four. 2 bedrooms and living room was perfect. Front desk and all other staffs were very courteous and helped answer all questions, Prime location, Kennedy park was just a few minutes’ walk from the location. There were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the variety of fresh fruit juices was impressive.

We stayed in several cities in Peru, and the most common thing I noticed was the traffic noise throughout the night

The location was good, close to many businesses walking distance. The breakfast was really good. We loved it.

We didn’t feel welcomed by the staff when we arrived the person at the front desk showed no expression, we saw a different reaction toward other people. If I happened to go again I would book the room without breakfast because we left earlier the second day and no breakfast bag was offered nor reimbursed. People at the cafeteria was kind and friendly.

nice room, in fact it is an appartment. we have stayed 2 times in here, each time on a different room, but the rooms were clean, spacious, with a fridge (we want a fridge to keep cold drinks). the staff are amazing, accomodating (lets us check in early, let us leave a suitcase for storage -while we went to cusco). It is close to kenedy park, close to waterfront, close to shops (metro suppermarket is amazing and it is 2 minutes from the property).

Elizabeth, Diego, Carlos were excellent in supporting our US team of 14 people, . Service, information , always a smile .

Your policy of no show - If I paid for a room for three days ,, flight was delayed , I had prepaid paid and was charged a "NO SHOW FEE: It was waved BUT should not matter - I paid for three days - even if no one was in it I should not have been charged a "No show fee"

in heart of Miraflores the hotel is always clean and I always feel like home when I go there the staff is very friendly nice people there are awesome very respectful

the only thing I can criticize or give an advice to make the hotel much better and perfect 10 is that they need to have a/c and heater in every room also the breakfast in the morning they must do like a bufé with sweets yogurt and different Cain of juices orange apple pineapple the regular different types of bread coffee fruits.. because they serve always the same eggs bread and coffee also if guests have a visit they should get better on visit hours at least example 8a till 10p if they work in this they will be a perfect 10

Excellent location , nice big spacious rooms . The Staff was very helpful and courtous . There are many cafes & restaurants closeby , and nice indian restaurant at 10 minutes walking distances . I will surely come back again !!

The room I had selected ( executive suite) was road facing . Being a busy street , there was a lot of nice early morning disturbing my sleep .
