Good location near restaurants, banks, coffee shops, grocery store etc. very good and friendly staff. Several doorman to watch entrance lobby, a d restaurant area. They assisted with luggage upon arrival. Easy check in. Well organized . Concierge helpful with information and directions of area. Complimentary drinks provided. Very good breakfast buffet that had a wide variety of hot/cold food and beverages with lots of seating. Willing and able to accommodate for food allergy. Staff kept everything clean and refreshed Secure elevator that required room cards to use Clean and spacious room (#1103) with contemporary decor. Ac and or heat available on demand with central thermostat Large screen T.V. with many channels and streaming options Quiet and comfortable Maid service was respectful to our requests to clean or not to clean. They kept everything well stocked.

Wifi connection lost occasionally during stay

The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff, in general, is helpful, especially at the restaurant, where they were exceptional, there was even one lady that remembered when we arrived, asked polite questions and in general was very attentive, I am really sorry for not writing her name to thank her individually. also, at the bar where we asked for our complimentary drinks, the satff was very attentive. Rooms are large enough and clean, and the hotel, in general is very good.

The lady at the reception was not at the same standard of service as the rest of the staff. We traveled all night, arrived early in the morning, and were very tired, she just said, "we do not have rooms, yours will be ready at 3 o clock" (yes, I am aware of the policy of checking in at 15 Hr). Perhaps she could have said the same thing more politely, just by saying "I am sorry, but... we will make every effort to accommodate you earlier, please let me check you in now, and your room number will be given later, and have some breakfast at the restaurant, etc..." Same answer, different wording, but more understanding. Also, the room had a very loud air conditioning, we asked for a change, and they did move us to a quieter room after about half an hour wait, it was smaller, but quieter.

Reception staff (Fernanda) understood my need, I traveled international over night and I arrive to the hotel earlier, I know that the check in was at 3 p.m. but she was able to put me in a room quickly which I appreciate a lot since I was so tired. The bellboy help me with the luggage and directions, restaurants staff help with my diet concerns, cleaning people very nice, they ask me when was the best time to clean my room. I am really happy with this hotel. I will return.

The pool area was full of men drinking when I went to the gym, which make me feel uncomfortable and I guess for ladies as well; after an hour they left. I notice they were drinking their own alcohol (which is nice) but I believe there is a place to do it, like the bar. Check on that.

I traveled alone to study Spanish at the Lima Spanish School directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel was also five minutes from the Pacific Ocean and across the street from a full access gym. The staff took care of me. They watched out for me like family, treated me like a queen, helped me practice my Spanish and even helped with my homework. More than anything, the staff was amazing. I loved the staff there, especially Luis, Diego, Yomer, Angelica, Antonio.. and Taxi Driver Willie. Oh, did I mention it's centrally located and very safe to walk at night even as a woman walking along!

The pool is very small, but you really shouldn't spend too much time swimming considering there's so much to do in Lima. I did like that the pool was heated though. I used it more like a jacuzzi just to soak after my long walks.

A standard buffet breakfast. On Sunday, peruvian chicharrones was added and was very good.

A stronger peruvian touch. And better quality of the following: Bread, jam (sauco and aguaymanto w little fruit), coffee. You could also consider offering a premium version with higher priced peruvian fruit and expresso coffee... I also had lunch and dinner several times at the restaurant. The quality of the food and the presentation are superb. I am peruvian and know about peruvian food -- I had most of the peruvian dishes and would recommend them even to my peruvian friends and family. Especially good were Lomito Saltado (nice presentation of the fries) and sopa criolla.

Service is good,acceptable.

1. Consider Taiwanese as a Chinese. More like telling Ukrainian that he is a Russian. 2. We saw when likely a yutuber filming the breakfast dishes , they didn’t follow the hygiene protocol . Most of the restaurants know to stop it at once , but the staff here seems not aware the importance of it , for instance, the YouTuber pick up the food into his plate and put it back to the public after filming.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the location is great. You can walk to the coastline.

Communication through booking.com was a bit challenging as they didn't put me through to the actual hotel reception but rather the customer service unit for the hotel chain. Getting responses was difficult.

Great location. Diego at reception was VERY helpful and provided an excellent dinner recommendation. We left early but the staff packed breakfast for us to take - the vegetarian option was delicious.

Lighting in the suite was very sim but the staff were SO attentive. They came to sort the issue out straight away and even brought us dessert to apologise for the inconvenience. Definitely provided good customer service.

one of women in reception couldnt speak englsih well so when I called reception to find hair dryer she couldnt understand so she said no they dont have, but i could inside the closet.

Very professional and kind stuff. They helped me very fast anytime I asked them. I left my luggage there for 4 days while i was in huaraz, they didn't charge me for that. When I came to take my luggage they suggested me water and tea, that was super kind. The room is very clean, spacious bed.
