Perfect location, (the best restaurants on the other side of the street, near a supermarket) nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. The apartments are big, with a very nice and (big) bed, fully equipped kitchen, a dining place and living room. I also liked the fact that we were able to invite friends and family to visit us, usually that is not allowed.

There was very little to complain about. If i have to mention something, then it would be nice to also have a TV screen in the living room (there is only one in the bedroom). Also the view was not all that nice, but that is also because they are building a new apartment complex right on the other side of the block.

Our stay was pleasant in every detail. The location was great: the neighborhood was clean, orderly, and secure, and parks, restaurants, grocery stores, department stores, and the Larcomar Center overlooking the Pacific were all within walking distance. The hotel staff were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The hotel itself was kept clean and in good order, and the included breakfast was great.. Finally, we were charged the exact price quoted when I made the reservation; no last-minute surprises.

The hotel had no control over this, but the traffic in Lima is horrible.

Breakfast was fabulous. Very varied. It was difficult to decide what to eat as everything was great. We highlight the avocado sandwiches!!! The rooms were big with an exceptional kitchen which allowed us to have dinner there so that we didn´t have to go out every night. Location is great. Just one block from Larco Av. and 5 or 6 to Larcomar Shopping center. We highly recommend stopping at TANTA there. Food is great. Just opposite the Apart Hotel you have EL PUNTO AZUL another great place to have lunch or dinner. It is very popular so that we recommend that you get there early before 1pm to be sure to get a table. People at the hotel were very kind and helped us through in all we needed. If we return to Peru this is our spot.

It is a pity, though, that they only have one elevator making it difficult to move up or down at certain times as this elevator is also used by maintenance people.

We have stayed in this hotel many times and we found it very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They always go an extra mile to make sure we feel like we were at home. It is located in a very safe and central area. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Breakfast is included and it is very good! Fruits, hot dishes, pastries, juices, etc. I ordered a couple salads, and they were huge and very tasty.

There is a construction nearby, nothing the hotel can do. So, it is better to stay in a room facing San Martin Street, even though there is a little noise from the cars passing by.

All staff were friendly, and extra helpful whenever we had a need or a reasonable special request. When we needed to leave our vehicle in the parking a few hours after checking out, the staff graciously accommodated our request. When we needed a blender to prepare a certain drink, the staff had one available. The beach area were beautiful and within walking distance.

Maybe it is due to the age of the building but a very slight odor when first entering the room which was easily forgotten after a moment or two. Maybe due to earlier years of cigarette smoke or whatever, but it was not an abiding problem at all.

We stayed here four times last month and used it as our base in Peru. Every stay the staff were genuine, lovely helpful and professional. The rooms varied but were all clean and spacious with a useable kitchen and comfy bed. The breakfasts were good and the restaurant also served dinner and lunch. Its outdoor seating is also pleasant on a nice day. There is a supermarket just up the road, a shuttle bus to the airport on the corner, a fast laundry almost next door and lots of good restaurants nearby.

Nice and helpful staff. The house keeper kept our rooms so clean, and the breakfast was pretty good too as they have traditional peruvian food, and they offer different dishes every morning.

Just some small things that the breakfast host works alone most of the time during our stay, and sometimes when there are many guests, he do not have time to fill up the food, as he is extremely busy to pick up the dishes, wash dishes (not sure why they dont have dish machine), and all other dutys... poor guy.

Big clean comfortable rooms, with kitchen facilities and a small bar & restaurant on the top floor with room service if prefared. Buffet breakfast included in the price which helped us for the start of our long days discovering Lima. Pleasant friendly staff working the bar & restaurant. We stayed 4 nights and they allowed us to store our bags there for 3 nights after then we returned and stayed one more night, this was a huge help for us !

Nothing we didn't like ! Would recommend when staying in that area in Lima.

We would really find it hard to criticise San Martin, such a good place to stay in Miraflores. Very clean, lovely spacious apartment, strong wifi, comfortable bed and truly delicious, excellent breakfast. The location is great, Miraflores is full of decent bars and restaurants within a maximum ten minute walk. Helpful staff, excellent stay. Absolutely no negative comments.
