Location wise it was right in the middle of Mira Flores. 10 minutes walk in any direction will get you to the intended place. Breakfast is decent. Great eating places all around the hotel. Larcomar - a place from which one can have beautiful view of the pacific ocean is just 10 min walk from this hotel. Also there is powered paragliding place which is another 10 min walk from Larcomar.

At the time of booking, there was a general mention about additional charges. But we were charged 10% extra for R. Cons. We feel that it would have been better if this was mentioned at the time of booking so that the comparison of prices would have been better. We are bringing out this aspect so that when any one is planning to book at this hotel, they can add 10% percent to their total for comparison purposes

I was familiar with the Ibis brand since I had stayed in some Ibis hotels in Europe, and was pleased with them. The Ibis budget in Miraflores was very good: breakfast was excellent, location also excellent, and the room was comfortable with good plumbing and hot water. Staff was very helpful, even locating a laudramat for doing our clothes. Based on this experience, I would recommend this hotel as a great value for anyone visiting Lima. Ibis does well at maintaining a reliable brand.

The only drawback was a result of my mistake. I should have gotten a somewhat larger room. The once I booked had a double bed, but would have been more comfortable for one person than two. As I said, that was my mistake and I will be more careful in the future. No complaints about anything.

I really liked the friendliness and professionalism of the staff at the hotel. The restaurant was excellent. It was warm and welcoming and very quiet. Great for remote work.

At times the internet was lagging. The area where the toilet was located was small not roomy. In the description one room said it had a shower the other didn't have a shower listed in theh description. Upon arriving I found out that all the rooms had showers. If I'd known that, I would have chosen the other room.

Very clean and nice compact room with good bed, pillows and linen. Good shower. Cleaning staff is doing great job. Another side of the street is great fish restaurant Punta Azul and good indian restaurant and minimarketd on the next block.

Wifi is poor, unreliable. It’s strange cause in 7 other my hotels in Peru were better even they were not so nice. Hotels restaurant staff is not professional. They let me sit there 15 minutes (!) without any contact. I can understand they were busy (even I was the only customer long time then) but still they should say something. But there is very professional restaurant on the other side of the street, no problem.

+ one of the best features of this hotel is the excellent sound isolation - rooms are often not facing the street and have good isolation, so it's absolutely peaceful, something that is truly extraordinary for a hotel in many places in Latin America with this price category + comfortable beds + good cleanliness level + fair price + WiFi working fine, although it could be faster + excellent location within a safe area in Miraflores and within 10 min walking distance to Larcomar/seaside

- the aircondition in my room had a musty smell this time unfortunately - no hairdryer - no complementary water bottle provided and very expensive price of water bottle at reception (small bottle of 300 ml cost approx 2.50 USD, which is 9x as much as supermarket within 1 min walk)

The room is super small, great if you are just arriving to sleep. The hotel itself is small so breakfast is super busy and is difficultu to find a seat. The wifi is terrible, it works intermittently and you need to sign up every 2 hours. The room does not include roomservice so if you ask for something you should go down and pick it up (blankets, water, iron, etc). The price is good for the location but the service is very cheap.

The hotel room was fine, it was a little small for even one person with luggage, I can't imagine having two people try to stay in there with bags. The location was very good and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful

There wasn't too much not to like. I enjoyed my stay. I guess the food in the hotel restaurant and bar were shockingly expensive even compared to fine dining restaurants in the area.

The bed was comfortable. The front desk provided a kettle and hair dryer upon request. The hotel is overall clean and just a 10-minute walk from the larcomar main shopping center. The staff is efficient and helpful.

I booked a 3 pax room for the two of us. The third bed was above the twin bed. The bed for two people was extremely small, so don't expect that two people can fit on it. Something went wrong with the booking.com, it showed breakfast at my end but not at the hotel's end. I was too tired to sort this out.

+ most of the staff was friendly/polite + very quiet and well-insulated rooms when facing into the courtyard (something rare in Peru) + very comfortable beds - I had my best sleep in Peru here + WiFi working reliably and fast + safe area, close to many restaurants, supermarkets and the seaside (safe to walk around)

Mostly minor issues: - open/visible shower, not recommended for friends (only solo travelers or couples) - some leakage problems in the shower, such that the floor in the room got a bit flooded +/- price is not exactly cheap, but reasonable

Never had an issue with Ibis hotels. Very clean, very modern. Bonus - eco features like motion activated lights to save energy. The room was very clean. Not huge, but if you're not going to stay in the room, it doesn't matter. Shower and room were very clean. Two restaurants in the hotel and tons nearby. Literally in the heart of Miraflores - everything is in walking distance. Safe. Helpful and friendly staff.
