Hotel is surprisingly big, from the front it looks like a little house but spreads far back around a courtyard. It has loads of character and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower was powerful and toiletries were provided. Staff on the front desk were helpful and friendly and there is a security gate in and out of the property. You can walk from the AirPort Express bus (stop 1) within 5 minutes so it is easy to find. It is also close to the Larcomar complex and tourist ticket desk where different tours and hop off buses run from.

Breakfast wasn’t as comprehensive as other hotels in the area but was perfectly adequate - fresh bread, cake, boiled eggs, granola, fresh fruit and yoghurt.

The location is great, very convenient for Miraflores, just off Avenida Larco and close to the Larcomar complex. The garden is a bonus - it’s a little oasis of calm in a busy area of Lima. The staff are very friendly and helpful: the reception guy has good English but was happy to let me practice my Spanish! The breakfast was good, one of the best we had in Peru: the shower worked well, too.

Air conditioning would have been good, there was no fan either and it did feel airless in the room.

The location. The security to get in and out of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived late and the staff were very accommodating to provide us something to eat late at night. I love the gardens for relaxing after a busy day site seeing and the location is top notch for feeling safe with children. Simple accommodation but clean, with hot water and a nice large room for the family.

Very nice location, Close to the water and the city. The staff were amazing, The breakfast was during reasonable hours and the checkout time was midday which I appreciated.

It was a very echoey building, Sounds of voices and footsteps were very apparent. But this was a simple gripe and wouldn't stop me staying again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, always available to assist in our needs. The hotel has its charm since it is an antique house, although it needs some maintenance specifically on the bedrooms. Breakfast is good enough with option of fruit, bread, and different type of eggs. Excelent location, 3 blocks from.Larcomar.

It was not clear on the reservation that I needed 1 double bed and 1 additional single bed. Despite that, the staff managed to accommodate us comfortable enough. No elevator, despite there are 4 stories, no hands towel on the rooms neither a place to hang it. Wardrobe a bit old, without a handle.

Basically the same choices every day except type of eggs changed. The breakfast was always acceptable. Lots of staff kept area well organized.

I cannot identify a particular issue I was unsatisfied with.

Superb location and helpful staff. Clean and tidy with lots of space and secure baggage storage. Low cost so amazing value for money.

Nothing... might think decor is dated but it was clean and for the cost it's a no brainer. Overall the best place I stayed in Lima.

Nice and tidy with lovely staff. The property is rambling so getting to rooms is interesting. Lovely breakfasts. Close to shopping centre of Larco Mar and along the cliff front. Walkable to Kennedy Park and restaurants.

Probably my only dislike is the lack of hooks and towel rails in the bathroom.

The facility was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased overall with our choice of this hotel.

The breakfast was our only disappointment. It was not as nice as the previous hotel that we stayed in which had more hot dishes to choose from including potatoes and meat.

Peoples at night time don't respecting others who want to sleep. It must be some sign 00:00 respect other peoples who want rest and by quiet.
