Location was perfect, close to a ton of nearby attractions and stores to fulfill every need. Staff was outstanding, special kudos for Briggitte at the reception who went above and beyond with her service and made sure we had an amazing experience in Peru. In the bar Luis was serving delicious cocktails and breakfasts were very complete and delicious as well

The staff and hotel were great! They even allow us to use the rooftop pool area for our wedding reception which was very nice of them and we really appreciated this level of service from them. The staff was always very friendly and helpful and very attentive to our needs and accommodations. The breakfast was very good, although the scrambled eggs were a little watery, everything else was excellent. The selection of foods was great as well!

Nothing, everything was great! The harshest criticism would be the morning eggs that were a little watery, otherwise everything was very nice.

The rooms are very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The rooms are pretty old but very clean and have a beautiful design 😊. The breakfast was very good amd i truly recommend their restaurant for lunch or dinner the food was very good and tasty!

I didn’t like that they don’t have a smoking area in the hotel (a terrace or something) the only place where you can smoke is at the entrance of the hotel and there you don’t have a bench soo you will smoke standing up right to the hotel entrance:). On the other hand i have nothing to say!

The property is an easy two-block walk from the Airport Express Lima bus stop at the Av. José Larco Tourist Information Center. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, from check-in to dinner recommendations to checkout and luggage storage. My room on the back side of the building was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. They offered a welcome beverage in the bar (pisco sour or lemonade). Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options: omelet bar, a variety of pastries, fresh fruit, and hot food items including pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, and grilled vegetables. I'll plan to stay here again when I return to Miraflores.

The water temperature in the shower varied from comfortably warm to screamingly hot without any adjustment on the part of the user, though water pressure was decent. The safe in the room was welcome, though a bit small. I would have liked one large enough to hold a 15" laptop.

The location was excellent, you can walk to all the restaurants and malls in Miraflores, including Larcomar and the Kennedy Park area. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was nice, and went on for several hours (6 to 10). If you need to leave before breakfast time, you can still have a very filling continental breakfast. There is also convenient, free luggage storage.

I wish there were more outlets to plug electronic equipment. Also a pool to relax after a busy day.

This was my second stay in this trip, and the experience was just as amazing if not better. I loved this hotel, the location is perfect! Walk in distance to most places in Miraflores. The breakfast was really good with so many options. This was definitely the best hotel during our Perú trip and will stay here again if I come back with my family. They have luggage storage in case you have to check out early and leave them there for some time. The staff was courteous and welcoming.

Excellent location - it is located in a safe neighbourhood and a short walk to Larcomar and attractions. I am a solo traveller so safety is priority to me. The staff were all lovely and extremely helpful when I requested an additional night to stay as my flight was delayed. The room was comfortable and I loved my time here. I would stay again the next time I visit Lima.

The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance of restaurants and supermarkets. The rooms were super clean and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful—they arranged taxi transport to and from the airport, and the driver was really friendly. Breakfast was excellent! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, staff, services—excellent value for price! Comfortable bed, nice bathroom with tub to soak in after a long day of walking around. Nice variety at breakfast. Cold water tap for refilling bottles outside the breakfast room. Welcome gift of free pisco sours.

A/c was a little underpowered: washed some socks and underwear that needed a full 24 hours to dry.
