We stayed 3 different nights throughout our trip. For the price it was a really good service. Breakfast is ok. Room was very clean and staff was nice.

In Peru we did the Inca trail and many other excursions so we always had to leave our big luggage’s in the hotel where we stayed before starting the treks and they would all happily keep our luggage’s for no fee and even if we were not returning for a night afterwards. Miraflores Arawi prime is the only place we had to pay to leave our luggage even thought we had booked in the same hotel 2 nights later again. I’ve never seen a hotel do this for returning guests actually. 3$/night/luggage. We paid without arguing of course but I think guests should be aware if they plan to do this.

The taxi company used by the hotel is a rip off. We took a taxi van for 6 people to a local restaurant, approximated 9/10 blocks from the hotel and we got charge 60 Soles, an equivalent of $30 You took a local taxi back to the hotel and our surprise that we only paid 5 Soles or $1.50 Private taxi's companies will over charge you just because you are a turist. Take the local taxis.

- Our room had a window facing an internal wall which resulted in less natural light coming in the room - The female Staff at check-in wasn't really friendly. - Be aware that the price is excluding tax and that you would have to pay it at check in. The staff at check in did not inform us of this until we asked following the higher charge.

The service by all the staff, especially: Hector, Ikar and Yassar (but all staff were excellent). These individuals made me feel very welcome and helped me with any item that I required assistance with. They also made me a birthday card and left me a delicious dessert, recognizing my special day. Due to how I was treated, I felt that the Arawi Miraflores Prime was my home away from home. I will miss everyone and now have new friends. Hector, Ikar and Yassar went above and beyond to make me feel far more than just a guest! Furthermore, if I did have a business, I would hire them. They possess all the qualities that a business requires to be successful! They are a very valuable asset to the Arawi! I would certainly recommend this property because of the staff, the location and the cost of the room.

A clean and comfortable and quiet hotel with excellent WiFi situated in a safe district and just a ten minute walk from Larcoma. There are lots of bars, restaurants, shops and cafes on your doorstep. The hotel also provides a good breakfast with a good choice of hot and cold options.

No major criticisms of the hotel. It does exactly what it says on the tin. Very generic of its kind….no thrills and frills just a good hotel 👍🏻. Quite dark (no central light), small freezer compartment doesn’t work and the A/C- Heating makes a loud drone. None of this affected my stay.

The rooms were comfortable and the reception desk lady was very helpful as I requested a last minute iron.

The breakfast was expensive and bad, below expectation for a 4* hotel. We arrived both days before the ending time and they were already removing some stuff. both days coffee and milk were not refilled (we had to ask).

This hotel is perfectly located in Lima. Short walk to the outdoor mall and easy to walk to nearby restaurants. The hotel room was HUGE and the bathroom was amazing! I would definitely stay here again!

There was a smoking area right outside the front door of the hotel which was annoying to walk through when entering the property. I wish that area was elsewhere. Otherwise there are no other dislikes about this property.

Modern hotel, excellent location, minutes to many cafes and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful rooms. Good sized room, comfortable big bed, very good wifi and although limited options it was a good breakfast buffet. Coffee machine in the room. Let us store our baggage before check-in and after checkout. Friendly staff.

Shower - there was hardly any water pressure and the hot water ran out almost immediately despite a thin trickle, although the bathroom is modern, the position of the rain shower in the bath tub is right above the drain in the tub so you almost end up stepping on the drain if you try to get under the shower head.

Spacious, clean, comfortable room with a desk and chairs, space for your luggage and lovely bedding and towels and good dark curtains to block light for sleeping. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. They arranged our airport taxis which arrived on time. Location in a quiet street in Miraflores is ideal for a good night's rest with lots of restaurants nearby. This was our second stay on this trip and if they fix the wifi issue we'd have no hesitation staying there again.

Wifi was terrible, constantly cutting in and out. Breakfast was decent but unexciting and at 9 US we decided to pass and ate out.

Staff very kind . Everyone speaks English and they are all ready to any request Possibility to leave your luggage after and before check in Good breakfast Big room very silence and comfy bed. Hot water available and perfect room temperature

Check in is not before 1500 . So If you have an early flight could be an issue but it wasn't for me. The curtain in the room didn't cover completely.
