Pleasant, clean hotel, conveniently located, decent breakfast, polite staff. The room was spacious and clean. I would happily stay here again.

Too loud the music in the restaurant during breakfast, sometimes entry door is locked and no-one responds to the ring bell, so one has to wait 5-10mins before being able to get in

Rooms are well kept and spacious. Comfortable bed and great shower. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially over WhatsApp. They helped us to arrange taxis to the airport and were willing to provide us with a packed breakfast when we did a day trip that left at 4:30am. Great location, easily walkable to lots of great cafes and restaurants.

Breakfast was ok but there could have been a better selection.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff is ready to help with anything you need. The room is clean, smaller than the previous one, but that did not reduce the quality.

Breakfast has room for improvement - the selection is not too big and it is not replenished if you don't ask (eg. two mornings in a row the scrambled eggs ran out and the first morning they replenished it at my request, while the second morning I didn't ask for it and they didn't replenish it). The room was not cleaned for 3 nights, maybe they should at least empty the trash can every day.

Excellent Suite facilities with a big comfortable bed and a great lounge/TV area. Nice big bathroom with lovely bath robes. Great breakfast with the usual fruit, yoghurt, breads, eggs, tea, coffee. Near the main strip, Tourist Office and the Malecon. There is a fabulous seafood restaurant nearby.

The room needs sheer curtains for privacy. 2 coat hangers is inadequate. Bath slippers would have been welcome as the floor can get slippery.

The staff was absolutely awesome. They were attentive, super friendly and helpful, and the are always vigilant of whatever is needed. The breakfast was good. The rooms are very nice and clean. They have a security guard and the front desk is open 24 hours. I loved this place, specially their staff.

For the price paid, this hotel went above my expectations. There was nothing I didn’t like.

-bedroom and bathroom are really big and confortable. -hotels look renovated/new -ac worked well, shower was good. -good bathroom amenities -friendly staff and helpful. -

-it's on a quiet street, but in my opinion is 2 blocks further than what an ideal location would be. -Room is a bit dark. Needed some lamps for night time. -Need more power outlets near the bed. The ones that exist are in a hard spot to reach. -Couldn't make the safe work (didn't ask for the staff help though) -Breakfast is good, but simpler than what we expected. it's enough to get your day starting,

It has been one of my best finds in Miraflores. The hotel is very well located. Rooms are big and nice. Have good WiFi and other facilities. Definitely a very good value for money.

Breakfast could be better. Should include more options for people with general dietary restrictions.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Miraflores neighbourhood. It is modern with a comfortable bed and a big bathroom. Unfortunately, we stayed only the night and didn't have the chance to have breakfast there as we had to leave early. However, the receptionist was kind enough to suggest sandwiches to be prepared before our departure time.

Only a few touches are missing. A plug and a lamp beside the bed. Otherwise, the hotel is very good.

Value for money and very good location. Our room was really comfortable.

One of the towels in the bathroom was dirty. There is no proper drainage of the water in the bathtub, as a result of which you have to have the shower head in a crooked position so that the whole bathroom does not flood. We arrived at breakfast 15 minutes before it was supposed to end and most of the foods were over. We had to ask the staff to replace them but they did it.

The location and the hotel facilities are great! it’s in a very safe area close to the beaches and all the central restaurants, shops, Kennedy park, etc. everything feels very clean and new! The staff is very helpful and friendly! I was trying to order food when I arrived, but couldn’t connect my card. So the lady from the reception installed the app and ordered it herself to help me!
