Very efficient staff, close to restaurants, very close to an airport bus drop off point. Messaged the hotel a while ago that I could only stay one night instead of two and because I couldn't change the reservation on Booking.com they agreed that I would just pay for the night.

The location was great - right next to Kennedy park, the Lima airport express station and the cookie store next door. The staff were friendly, the room was nice, the bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious (bread, eggs, bacon, freshly squeezed juice of papaya, passion fruit etc). We had a great time!

At times, there were a little more people than usual at breakfast, and the staff could not catch up with the demand, so we had to wait for cca. 15 minutes for the eggs to be replaced. Also, in the hotel room right next to ours, there were some repair works going on. Maybe it would be best if no guests were placed in the room right next to the repair works until the repair works are finished.

Excellent location. Easy walking to Kennedy Square. Very clean, lovely terrace for breakfast. Reasonable choice for breakfast too. We were able to have an early check in at 6am for 50% of the room rate which also allowed us to have breakfast.

Just the noise . We were given an internal room as we requested a quiet room. We could still hear the music from the next door bars though it was better than being in an outside facing room. However this is not the hotels fault and ear plugs are a necessary requirement for all the hotels we have stayed at in Peru so far.

Everything fantastic except the power outlets socket, it seems cannot hold the plugs and keeps on losing. However, the crews are very friendly and hospitable. In particular, the hotel prepared two bottles of water which we really needed after our long distance flight.

The water fountain in the lobby looks great, I guess it didn’t turned on just because it is a low season. I like eating our breakfast at the rooftop balcony.

Location is really good. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were also very nice. We checked out at 5am and they packed the breakfast for us.

We got the room right next to the main street, so it was very noisy at night. At around 3am, we started to hear the heavy traffic below which made us hard to sleep.

A pleasant, well-run small hotel adjacent to Kennedy Park. There are many dining and shopping options available nearby. The Malecón de Miraflores parklands are only a short walk away.

Breakfast could be a bit more generous. Nearby nightclubs could be a problem for street-facing rooms.

Location is so perfect, right next to Kennedy park and airport shuttle. My room always gets breeze so I don’t need air conditioner at all at night. It’s very comfortable with the window open. But I’m not sure if it applies to every room. It’s quite even with the window open.

Once the window closed, there was a strong unpleasant smile. The AC blows wind right at me. And the light from the AC switch disturbs me at night. The room has double layers of windows to make the room quiet but for me it’s not necessary and the room didn’t feel comfortable with all windows closed for me.

The staff are very helpful and they speak very good english. Hotel is not far away from the sea and I have to say that the room was very clean.

Sometimes when someone passed the room we could hear them talking. All the rest was wonderful.
