What a wonderful place with rooftop bar and restaurant for evening and mornings! The staff are absolutely the best, probably the best staff we have seen in the last 10 years of traveling. Totally recommend this hotel for everyone that wants to avoid the standard chain hotels.

The bed was extremely comfortable, like sleeping on clouds. The staff were all extremely friendly. They gave us great recommendations for food and attractions to see in Lima. The breakfast staff were constantly refilling the buffet and clearing tables. The breakfast was amazing with fresh fruits and a self-serve orange juice machine. There were scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles and delicious bread. On one morning we had to leave at 5am, we asked reception the night before if we could have breakfast to go and they prepared a really nice to-go breakfast for us with a sandwich, banana, juice, cake and a clementine. The room was very clean and the daily housekeeping was exceptional, they even changed pillowcases and sheets daily. The rooftop bar was really great, we tried the Pisco sour there and it was delicious and totally worth it. They have the best deal we saw in Miraflores - 2 for 25 soles. They took care of our luggage on the day we checked out for a few hours.

There could have been chocolate spread at breakfast, but it was all amazing.

In the description, it mentions a restaurant which is little misleading. It does serve food 4-10pm but there's no lunch and the food is very limited (only wings or a burger). It's decent enough food but I certainly wouldn't call it restaurant. There's plenty of places to eat nearby though but it is sometimes nice to not have to leave the hotel for lunch/dinner which wasn't really an option.

Large clean room. No noise from other rooms or street. Great staff that was helpful and had great tips for restaurants, museums, where to got and everything we needed. Close to center Miraflores. Good breakfast buffet. The scrambled eggs was really good. Coffee whenever you want all day. Great for Swedish people haha.

Good bathroom but water on the floor did not flow into the drain very well. Very minor inconvenience. Instructions for the safe was wrong. But nothing a quick Google did not fix.

The breakfasts are superb, especially the selection of fruit! That there are no other meals served is just fine, because there are so many cozy cafes and restaurants within walking distance, all reasonably priced. The area is so peaceful and quiet at night; this was a welcome relief after dealing with night life in Cusco for a week-and-a-half. The water is reliable and hot, also a contrast to that in Cusco at this time of year! And as a traveler who has stayed in some wildly priced hotels all over the world, I can attest that the quality of staff at Andesmar cannot be beat; I requested a couple of accommodations on account of not being able to see, and the staff was gracious and courteous in all ways!

The room was very spacious and they had a cool bar/lounge area at the top of the building and it was a good spot to hang out after a long day. The breakfast was simple but good. I enjoyed the orange juicer. We had early morning and they packed our breakfast to go and it was ver considerate.

Our room was very Humid. i hung up my towel and clothes to dry after washing them in the shower and after being out all day we got back to our clothes still being damp. There was no sense of air or ventilation. We had A/C but it was just very humid

Location, cleanliness and comfortable room

A couple of nights we couldn't sleep due to loud strange noises from room above it was reported to personal. Breakfasts lack variety but all items presented are fresh .

Everything was perfect. A hotel like a boutique with an excellent location close to the beach and cafes, restaurants, wonderful and attentive staff, very good breakfast. Very good room with a comfortable bed. They have an executive room which is very incomum for solo travelers. Also, I loved the table for water, coffee and tea available all the time in the reception. I felt very safe in the hotel and surroundings. Highly recommended.

The unit was roomy and clean. It wasn’t musty at all which can happen in other properties in Miraflores. Quiet street and we felt safe. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the goose down pillows and comforter and cotton sheets. The bathroom met our expectations. Thank you for providing an organic soap. The front staff was very professional and always responsive with a positive attitude. We appreciated the food options at breakfast and special recognition to Pilar for her positive and professional demeanor in the kitchen and breakfast area. We look forward to coming here again. Quite possibly the first time I'm rating a hotel as a 10/10, because I can think of absolutely nothing that lacked or could be further improved. Our stay at Andesmar was perfect every possible way imaginable. Firstly, the staff we interacted with deserves a thumbs-up. Receptionist was incredibly helpful, spoke adequate English, and when we departed in the middle of the night on the last day to catch a flight, were given a snack bag because we would miss breakfast. We arrived early, and could check into our room before the check-in time listed on the website, with staff promptly checking that the room was ready. The service is exceptional, staff made every effort to make our stay memorable. The room itself was fantastic: large double bed with pillows to choose from, large bathroom with bathtub and shower, seating area, kitchen, air conditioning. Fantastic view over the city from the 8th floor. Room felt newly refurbished, in top condition, and thoughtfully finished with nice lighting, decorations, and furniture. Also worth mentioning is breakfast which is exceptional to Peruvian standards. The variety of fruits, waffles, and particularly the juice press producing freshly pressed orange juice really made our day.
