Hotel is located in a good location, surrounded by many restaurants and stores. The staff provided A+ customer service. House keeping was great. They cleaned our room everyday and provided new towels.

The breakfast was a hit and miss. The cost for laundry service is overly expensive. My friend paid like 50 US dollars to have like 10 items of clothing cleaned. We stayed on the 8th floor, one floor below the pool and bar. Many nights there were parties on the 9th floor that lasted until like 2 AM in the morning. Luckily, I brought my earbuds with me to drown out the noise at night.

This is a wonderful hotel & my 5th stay here over 4 years. The location is perfect for getting around Miraflores and finding things to do on foot. We always book a couple of days here at the start of a Peru trip to enjoy the city before moving on to Cusco. The J/A Deluxe on a street just behind Kennedy Park and has a lot of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The other thing about this hotel that is special is are the top notch marble finishes on everything in the rooms & bathrooms. The ceilings are high and the overall feel of this hotel is one of high quality. The staff is excellent!

Fantastic hotel in a great location! It's just a short walk from restaurants and clubs, yet remains quiet and safe. Within walking distance of the ocean and well-connected for easy travel around the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness is outstanding. In fact, the hotel looks even better in person than in the photos!

The rooftop space is beautiful, though the pool is a bit small. There were times when the bar on the top floor wasn’t staffed, however these were minor points compared to the overall great experience!

This hotel has an awesome location for a stay to explore Miraflores. It's around the corner from Kennedy Park on a parallel street and near a bunch of nice bars and restaurants. The two story Wong grocery store is at the end of the block if you need to pick up anything. The reception area is sleek and looks high end. The rooms are well appointed and spotless. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast has a lot of fresh foods with both cold and hot options and in a very nice dining room. I've stayed at this hotel twice now to start two long trips to Peru, and each time I made sure to stop for a couple of nights on the way back home.

Perfectly located hotel in Miraflores. Probably 3.5 star hotel in terms of amenities. Nice pool and restaurant. But more of a corporate place for work events. Breakfast included everyday with nice variety and freshness. But I would say what made the stay excellent was the staff. The service was incredible, from front desk folks, to bartenders at the pool, to breakfast and dining room staff, to housekeeping. Very very accommodating and friendly folks.

Rooms were spacious & spotless! Love the location. We were 15 min walk to Barranco, and Historic District. We felt very safe and staff were friendly & professional. This place is popular for meetings. There were two groups staying on premises when we stayed. Breakfast was good and had a lot of different offerings.

Old hair dryers from the 90s stuck to the mirrors in the bathrooms. Time for an upgrade. Not a deal breaker, though. This hotel is a great value!

The room was spacious and the bathroom was fabulous. Breakfast was fantastic, with a huge range of options, and the best scrambled eggs I think I've had in a hotel!

We booked this hotel for the gym facilities, but were disappointed with the condition of the equipment. Both treadmills kept cutting out, which felt dangerous, and the batteries in the screens of the cross trainers had run out. It's a shame as we were really looking forward to using the gym, and it felt like an unloved space in an otherwise great hotel.

Paola, with whom I booked my reservation, was absolutely wonderful. We stayed five nights before our Gate 1 trip and five nights after our Gate 1 tour. Paola, the food and bar manager (his name slips my mind), and Juan in the restaurant are truly assets to this hotel. The location of the hotel is ideal for a tourist wanting to stay in Miraflores. Close to the Inca Market, Kennedy Park, restaurants, etc. Without a doubt we will stay in this hotel when returning to Lima.

We loved everything about this hotel!! Even the water pressure was great!!

- Big, comfy bed - Breakfast was good and started really early, which was great for us leaving on an early tour. - Helpful staff - Staff gave us a lovely treat as it was our honeymoon - a really nice touch! - Lots of nice restaurants nearby

- Air con didn't work properly and the room was very hot. - Loud noise from the street - although our room was at the front of the hotel, so you'd probably be ok near the back.

Good location in heart of Miraflores, clean and spacious room. Typical business hotel, good for one night. Basic breakfasts.

People at the reception seemed annoyed by their job. We did not receive any information about available amenities like pool or gym, hotel restaurants or bars. Nothing. We had to ask about breakfast hours and location. I would expect slightly more polite attitude.
