Conveniently located steps away from Kennedy Park, restaurants and shopping at safe Miraflores. The hotel is clean and beautiful and the staff super accommodating. Management was proactive after a tiny issue we had the first night. I would recommend to anybody and we will be back! Thank you!

Location is pretty good - very near from Kennedy Park and Malecon beach, and there is a big supermarket (WONG) not far from hotel 10mins by foot. Also restaurants are everywhere across the street. I felt very secure while I was walk along the streets, people was so nice too. Reception men were so kind and friendly, they helped me and explained me well enough. Roomsize was so suitable for solo traveler. Room has 1 universal plug on the wall, and 3~4 electricity socket (220V with l l shape) on the wall. Bed was comfy, temperature was cozy too. There was a fridge but empty. Tea pot and some teabags were equipped. Bathroom was good too. Water pressure was good enough to enjoy a shower. Pretty nice hotel & Room, I recommend here and would stay one more time if I have a further chance.

- There was noise from Elevator, everytime elevator works, it make a huge noise.

Standard Breakfast was very good, lot of choices, cereals, bred, cooked eggs, etc. From my side, I ordered my fried eggs with bacon, of course with a small supplement. very well prepared. Location in the safest area with lot of possibilities of restaurants and locals for drinks and funny. Rooms are comfortable with air conditioning, TV, and clean.

The hotel was very comfortable. The bed was good, the room clean and spacious and we loved the location. We appreciated the fact that there was in in room safe and there was a breakfast buffet.

Usually, the breakfast buffet was very good and we were usually at the buffet early. However, on the days we had excursions and left before the buffet opened, we were offered not boxed breakfast. Additionally, the one day went down to breakfast a bit later (8:30ish) there was very little food left on the buffet and when we asked the servers, they just shrugged and no additional food was brought out. Others were offered freshly made omelets and other dishes directly from the kitchen. The buffet closes at 10:00 so we weren't exactly late.

While my stay at this hotel was something of an unexpected event, the reward of being part of it was quite surprising. It is first of all located in a central part of Miraflores and close to all bars/clubs and stores. This made it very easy to walk, purchase food and still have a a good time around the city knowing the hotel is close for a night of rest. Needless to say, the breakfast was out of this world. Highly recommend it.

The view was not the best since I stayed at the 3rd floor. There was a club next to it so if you plan to have a quiet night on saturday, well, that's not going to happen.

Very convenient location in the center of Miraflores. The hotel looks fancy and it made me very comfortable. The bed was comfortable , the bathroom was clean, the ac was easy to use. The staff is very friendly.

The water pressure for the shower could be better.

Receptionist told us 20 min before official check in to wait, then I asked for an early check in and it was possible.. not sure why she did not offer it directly..

This hotel is perfect as far as business hotels go - nothing missing, everything in order. We particularly liked the location, which is in possibly the best part of Lima. Plenty of top food & bar options in the vicinity, yet the property is still very accessible by car.

For some bizarre reason, reception gave me a bit of attitude during check-in. I was told I cannot park in the hotel underground parking lot. I told them I have requested secure parking. They replied it is subject to availability. I told them I requested it 4 months ago at which point the guy gave up. He called security and I was led in the half-empty car park to park freely. Everything else was really great, though.
