The rooms, very clean, the service, and the location near ovalo in Miraflores.. for several days I could leave my luggage until my return to Lima

I like to have my breakfast in a quiet atmosfere....2 televisions with news of the day, rather loud , was too much for me.. I would prefer a soft music to start my day instead of starting with bad news, what normally is presented in all TV canals where ever in the world

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They called cabs when I needed one. Front desk, housecleaning and breakfast staff were all pleasant. The location was important for me also. It was close to places I needed to be for meetings and dining. Two restaurants less than two blocks away were fantastic for ceviche! It was a quiet room, also much appreciated.

I think the breakfast selection could be upgraded somewhat; it' pretty basic. Orange juice would be nice, and perhaps better selection of bread. They did cook eggs to order, and were efficient. But other than this, I have no complaints.

The location was superb, close to absolutely everything. Even the local theater Marsano was 1 block down the street, a pharmacy was 2 blocks down the street, the souvenir stores is literally across the street. Breakfast was good, they kept the area very clean and they were on top of refilling what was needed. The staff was stellar, the lady who checked us in late at night was amazing, the guy in the morning was very nice, professional and polite. The gardener and the housekeeping personnel were amazing too.

The only thing was that there were no blankets, I get it was summer but in my case I had a stomach pain and I needed to cover myself with a blanket, which I could not find. Also, when I called to verify the address, the number listed kept saying "the number does not exist".

Location, staff, price

There was no wifi available in any of the rooms for several days. They were installing the new fibre optic cables and it affected the people I was traveling with. They decided to do it on a holiday weekend. They should have offered compensation for the inconvenience like free drink or food. I was the one that picked the hotel and was embarrassed with them.

The reception are very helpful. They help to make calls for us as we don't speak Spanish. One of us had a missing luggage and one of our flights was rescheduled by the airline - the ETD of the first sector was the same time as the ETA of the 2nd sector. So they helped to call everyday throughout our 3 nights there for the missing luggage.

The disposable type of soap and the shampoo, No hand towel.

Clean, comfortable and in a great location for walking around Miraflores.

Breakfast was good but not always out on time and we were on a strict schedule so we missed out on some offerings.

This was a wonderful place to stay at in Miraflores, very close to Kennedy park and many amenities. It was very quite and the room was quite big. I liked the stay there.

There was no much choice in breakfast, less options.

Cheap place to stay and crash before a flight! The night reception was so nice and helpful when we needed medicine. I would say that they needed new curtains but it was spacious and clean.

Excellent Location, ~45 mins from airport when there's no traffic, breakfast was ok. Room was very big, with a king-sized bed and staff was nice. It's well worth paying this price than paying for hostels.

The staff were wonderful and the rooms were spacious.

The breakfast was pretty standard. I actually ended up asking them to remove the breakfast charge from my rezo because it was primarily bread and cakes with no gluten free options. But again, they were very accommodating.
