Great classic hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms, the beds are huuuge and super comfy. The bathroom and shower are big and work very well. The location is excellent, a very short walk to park Kennedy and many many excellent restaurants. The staff is very kind and always ready to help, we arrived on an early morning flight and they let us check in early as soon as a room was available for us, as well as keeping our luggage before check in and after check out. The rooms have air conditioner which is a must during the heat of the summer. The breakfast is excellent as well, a big selection of different foods, fresh fruit, fresh juices, veggies, cheeses, breads, etc.

The pool is tiny, like really tiny, and there's only 2 sun beds for the whole hotel, so don't count much on the pool. I do wish they had a toaster during breakfast to toast the bread (but that's neat picking)

The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, especially the doormen. The entrance and communal areas were a nice space to relax and the beds very comfortable. There was a small fridge in the room which was useful.

The rooms and bathrooms were dated in decor and utilities and really need modernising/updating. There was no extractor fans in the bathroom so the room was always damp and nothing dried. The hairdryer automatically switched off when it over heated which unfortunately only too 2 minutes and then continued to switch on for only 5-10 seconds every 3 minutes or so! The breakfast was ok but could benefit from more variety of fruits, jams and fresh coffee.

Clean, very comfortable beds, beautiful decor, secure (front desk staffed 24/7, doorman). One block from beautiful Parque Kennedy (the cat park) in Miraflores, close to public transit to historic centre and airport shuttle bus. Fantastic breakfast included, with large selection. On a street with several night clubs, but the windows are robust and close out almost all the sound, something many hotels in Peru don’t have. Hot showers. We had great sleeps here.

The hotel is on a wonderful pedestrian street with 10-12 restaurants and bars. The staff are super kind and helpful. Drinks at the bar were excellent and reasonably priced. Good WIFI. We have stayed here multiple times over the past 15 years, and never been disappointed.

The room had little natural sunlight, but it was our responsibility that we did not ask for a different room.

After a difficult trip for the elderly to Kusto, the hotel greeted us with kind, friendly service, a very quiet room overlooking the main street, the room is equipped with air conditioning, a shower. Excellent internet speed, there is cable TV, daily cleaning and a very varied breakfast. We rested before the flight home. Thank you, I want to come to you again

Everything is perfect

I arrived on july 27th late at night and was assigned a room on the second floor ... as soon as i entered the room, there was loud music coming from the street (it was a party for Peru national day). I asked the reception to move to another more quiet room and they gave me a room on the 6th floor which was much more quieter! Buffet breakfast was really good though selection is very limited to bread, cereal, scrambled eggs, potatoes, ham and cheese.

The fact that it is on a bar street made it a little noisy during the night ... but i should have known better! But it's the double edge sword! Close to the action so you can actually hear the actions!

This hotel is beyond my expectations. It’s a true 4 star hotel. Receptionist, door man, breakfast staffs everyone here is very attentive and helpful. Room is very clean. Location is great. You can walk to Lacomar in 20 min or take bus right by the corner to old downtown. It also close to Inca market if you like to buy souvenirs. Breakfast is good with enough selections. I wish I stayed here 2 years ago. When I come back, definitely will stay here again. Highly recommend!

We like the bed very much. It is very comfortable It is the best we have had since we arrived in Peru 5 days ago. We also enjoyed breakfast. It is buffet style and has a wide variety. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Overall we are very happy with the service. Another good point is the central location of the hotel. If you use QuickLiama for airport transfer, then it is extremely convenient as its main station is just less than 1 min walk. If we come back to Lima, we will certainly come to stay here again.

I wish a kettle provided in the room for making tea and coffee.

This place was super clean - had an old school charm with a unique styling, and the staff were excellent - I really enjoyed staying here and would have rated it 10 but for the noise (but I just used earplugs so it was no problem)

The rooms don't have much in the way of noise prevention, and the bar across the street was playing loud music until 2am

Breakfast was the best we had in Peru;prepared eggs, fruits and juices and options on types of coffee.Service was exceptional.
