The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. It was close to everything.

Our room faced the street and we could hear noise from the street below. We were on the 5th floor. There was an establishment that power washed the sidewalk in front of their establishment at 6am - awful noise. The breakfast was mediocre. Fruit & fresh juice were good but the hot foods were awful.

BREAKFAST!!! Miguel was a great host, he took care that everything was in place and that there was enough food for every client. There was different kind of yogurts (beautifully presented), mini pancakes, excellent coffee, pressed ham and cheese sandwiches, cheese, ham, different kind of breads, alfajores, a great variety of cut fruits, and more!!! The staff at the front desk were great as well.

I would add a shower mat to prevent falls.

Good hôtel right on the center of Miraflores. Close to Park Kennedy and all you need like banks, shops, restaurants, etc. Transport is good. Quiet street. Nice room, clean, cozy bed. Very nice réception ladies.

It takes an eternity for water from hot valve to become actually hot. Door to your room has gaps, so no sound isolation. Window view is on someone's balcony.

Close to Kennedy park. Some really nice food places nearby and a good and friendly staff

Can be a little loud at nights but that's as you are so close to Kennedy park too. Nothing to worry about but I am a light sleeper

Breakfast was very good. Location was excellent. Attendant was very helpful when my granddaughter blew the electricity. Facility was very clean and comfortable.

We liked everything about this hotel.
