really great location, with a supermarket directly across from the hostel. The hostel has a nice spacious kitchen and lots of nice places to sit and chill. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful too. Really clean and good layout of the rooms.

One of the staff members wasn’t the most pleasant to deal with. I asked about various things missing in the kitchen and was told it would be dealt with and it wasn’t which meant I couldn’t cook. I also wanted to leave my bag for 2 days as I was going away and returning. Tried to charge me 5 USD (not even in soles) each night despite the fact I was returning to the hostel afterwards. So i ended up changing hostels after this. The way i was spoken to was rude and it is stingy to charge a returning customer to leave their bags for 2 nights. No other hostel has ever done this to me.

Kitchen was a nice perk but definitely not enough stoves and equipment for the amount of people staying. Half of the stovetops were broken and the kitchen got super busy during meal times **huge lack of info on a bunch of stuff! There are cool services like yoga(paid), a cinema room, live music events etc but you really have to dig up the info through reception, just include all of it in all the leaflets provided or the website :) Also we were disappointed the coworking space was a paid service - it makes sense but photos made it look like it was a part of the hotel you could freely use as a guest which was one of the reasons we picked NAIA as we both work. Then it turned out there was nowhere free and quiet/comfortable to take meetings etc

The location is great, very central in Miraflores. Just across the street there is a supermarket, stop for the airport shuttle is five minutes away walking. The WiFi was working well. Breakfast was Peruvian, buffet style, and was also good. The staff was really friendly and it was possible to leave the luggage before check-in and after check-out. Lockers in the rooms are provided - you’ll need your lock. 24-hour reception.

The electric socket next to my bed didn’t work so it wasn’t possible to charge my phone or anything. I reported it after first night but it wasn’t fixed. Also, very little space to leave your water, phone or anything next to you. No towels included in the price. Excursions are overpriced so I would recommend booking on your own.

The rooms were big enough. They had reception available when I checked in at 2:30am. That was super great. The beds were big enough. Very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and they provided different varieties of food and drinks for everyone there. You’ll definitely find something for you there. They also let me store my baggage at no extra cost in a locked storage. That was great.

What I didn’t like was that there were no free activities proposed by the hostel for the people in the hostel to meet and socialize. I’ve been to other hostels were they had either free salsa classes, free Zumba classes, free pub craws, or free walking tours etc. But here all these activities were to be paid for. Nothing was free. But it’s ok. It’s really not a deal breaker. Just an observation.

Creative & unique decor, fab buffet breakfast, location and cleanliness!

Staff in breakfast room were a gem, especially the girls from Colombia and Ukraine! Would like to congratulate them both and Jose in reception desk and Jose Luis, a professional and helpful security guard, always vigilant and ready to lend a hand! However, receptionist Aracelly has a long way to go regarding delivering a high standards customer service experience. She lacks professional rapport and must improve her interpersonal skills tremendously when dealing with visitors to Lima, like me. Hope she improves by the time I next return to Peru!

The hotel is in an amazing location, a super safe neighbourhood with a supermarket across the street and many great restaurants within a few minutes walk. The staff are friendly especially Pamela who manages to work well under pressure when the check in/out is busy and ensures all the guests get the best service. She made me feel very welcome and managed to solve any issues I had. The premium room I stayed in on the 12th floor was extremely spacious with a sauna, jacuzzi bath and balcony terrace - well worth the extra $15 per night compared to the standard private if you're not on a budget.

The layout of the cafe and restaurant does not induce many connections with other guests. It would be great if they did more inclusive events opposed to just live music where it helps the guests speak with each other. The water pressure is quite low in the bathroom especially for the shower.

Great accommodation in the heart of Miraflores—it's not by chance that it's a former Selina. The room is very spacious, although it can get a bit warm during the day due to sun exposure. The breakfast is plentiful, and the kitchen is very well-equipped.

I booked mainly because I had a meeting at 3 a.m. and wanted to use their coworking space. However, before booking, I tried contacting the property with no response via Booking or by phone. Once booked, I received an SMS from a bot through the Booking chat, and when I requested confirmation for a space, I continued to get responses from a bot. I eventually resolved the issue by holding my meeting in the café, but for a property like this, I expected a more efficient response before arrival.

The property is huge and everything was very modern in my room. I never had to travel far for a bathroom. The breakfast includes a lot of options. I also really liked freshii down the street

It had a café and a bar inside. There were two relatively efficient elevators. I loved that the reception was 24 hours and that there was always a person at the door for security. I didn’t end up buying anything, but I also really liked that they had sweaters and bags and snacks for sale in the lobby.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. I stayed at an airbnb 2 weeks ago for 3 nights similar in pricing. but the room is smaller dated, no kitchen and no hearty breakfast included. My flight got canceled and I have to stay overnight in Lima, and NAIA made my stay and made up for inconvenience of the canceled flight. Will definitely stay in NAIA again and without a doubt highly recommended. Location is near Kennedy Park and downtown core of Miraflores.

Location, staff, facilities were great! Best of all, we loved the breakfast buffet that had amazing variety and delicious flavours! The entire hotel is colorful, beautiful, and funky and has a great vibe, matching the Miraflores area. It is located around many restaurants and shops. There is a floor with some common facilities, e.g., kitchen, water purifier, dining area, bathrooms, library, TV room, etc. Overall, very welcoming and aesthetically pleasing!

Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were clunky and outdated
