Hotel was clean, room was nice and clean. Good location. Filtered cold and hot water on the hallway next to elevator

During checkout (early in the morning, we had a morning flight) staff first go to your room to check the room - I don't know, is it so bad they don't trust us? Never had this experience before. And after all: they have my credit card and passport copy in case of some damage. This is very unpleasant to check the room, feeling like a thieves. And this was not a cheap or low class hotel! But maybe this is normal in South America, people just don't trust each other.

Very clean and chic hotel in central Miraflores district, walking distance from many great restaurants/cevicherias and easy access to the shore and Larcomar mall. A short taxi ride from historic city center and walking distance from beautiful Barranco district. Staff is very friendly and helpful. About a 45 min-1 hour drive from the airport, depending on traffic.

Not necessarily the hotel's fault, since there are many water outages in Lima, but I did not have running water when I arrived, and I had to step out for some rotisserie chicken before returning in an hour to the water running again.

The location was very good, close to lots of eating spots etc. I requested and got a quiet room with blackout curtains. The included breakfast was a bit better than expected and the restaurant food was good enough that I did not have to eat outside. There is a drinking water dispenser on every floor and a mini fridge in the room. This was so convenient that I would return based on that alone. WIFI was stable and reliable. Most of the staff that I dealt with spoke good English which was great. Elevators worked so no struggling with luggage. Rooms have contemporary design and are well attended to by housekeeping.

Room didn't have a view but that's minor. Can't think of anything else.

Room was clean and spacious. Nice view of the city. The breakfast was excellent with many delicious options including a variety of fresh fruit and pastries, yogurts, etc. Having a water cooler on each floor was very nice. The restaurant had a very good menu and the food was reasonably priced. The friendliness of the staff stood out: Both the morning gentleman at breakfast and the waiter at the restaurant in the evening (wish I could remember their names) made it clear that they were there to make our stay special.

So many great things about this place! I was very happy with my stay here. From the time I arrived the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful! The location cannot be beat. So many great restaurants, casinos, parks, shopping, etc within blocks of the hotel. My room was so clean and modern! The bed was comfortable and the room was a sufficient size with a window that actually opens! It was so nice to get some fresh air. The breakfast was really good! Hot options and cold options with plenty of fresh fruit. And the dining room is so clean! I was very impressed. There was not one bad thing I could say about this place. I am very happy with my choice to stay here and I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Lima! If you're considering this place just book it. It was really great!

Super clean, English speaking staff, friendly, they were aware of who was coming and going, comfortable spacious rooms, nice shower. Central location, arranged our taxi’s for airport and to tour. Breakfast room and roof top pleasant space. No complaints except for breakfast.

Was really happy with this hotel however the breakfast was very dissapointing, of all the places we stayed in Peru this was the worst. I found out later you could order eggs to your liking but no where did they advertise this. Coffee undrinkable.

Great location in Miraflores. Lovely supermarket (with ATM) and great wine selection nearby. And nice restaurants too (Punto Azul !) Staff were friendly and efficient (breakfast manager was super nice, great English). Breakfast was good, room clean and comfortable, shower pressure great. The water dispenser near the lifts was so convenient!! Overall, highly recommended.

Just nit-picking, but the breakfast room is a windowless, airless, echoing space. Not somewhere to linger over your morning coffee.

The room and location were perfect for us after a long flight from the UK. We were only in Lima for one day and we were able to check in early (at a cost) which was useful. The room was a good size, the bed was large and comfortable and the front desk staff were really helpful. There is a roof top terrace which was a nice quiet place to sit but as were there in the 'winter' the skies were grey and the weather only mild rather than warm. The location I'm Miraflores was good, plenty of restaurants nearby and not far from the coastal cliffs.

Breakfast could have had more variety. Nothing else really, we were only there for one night.

The rooms were clean, bathrooms were large and modern, and the location was excellent.

Breakfast could have been improved. There was a limited variety and the quality wasn't that high either. The takeaway breakfast, while a thoughtful idea, was pretty sad (an old orange, juice box, sandhwich with one slice of ham and one slice of cheese, and packaged cookies). One of the two rooms we stayed in faces the street and was noticeably louder than the other one.

The hotel is clean (a positive point) and well-organized, with an excellent location. The breakfast is good, offering various options of fruits, typical foods (a positive point) and sweets. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. In particular, the employee present at breakfast on the 22nd and 23rd of November, 2024, was extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. Another positive point is the availability of water for consumption and bottle refilling.
