This is a great hotel in one of the best (and safe) parts of the town, and within walking distance of lots of shopping and attractions like the Larcomar waterfront park. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. There is small restaurant that serves a limited but delicious menu and also serves breakfast in the mornings. The shower worked well and there was plenty of hot water. We absolutely loved their HVAC system in the room, which could be operated with a remote control and cou;ld be set to heat or cool to a certain temperature. This was the only hotel during our Peru visit that had this! Also the hotel had 2 elevators that worked smoothly and quickly. There was a filtered water station near the lobby.

The rooms were quite small but that was a minor inconvenience. We reserved 2 rooms on 2 separate visits, and were only able to get side-by-side rooms on the second visit.

Wonderful staff I was booked here by exotica the agency excreta ! When my guided tour ended in last minute disastrous theft of my shoulder bag that is definitely a planned job in machu pinchu tour I was totally abandoned in Peru without psssport cards cash ! Hotel manager Hans lent me a personal loan till my passport arrived from a lazy greedy Brit embassy who held it for 100 pound payment and I missed 4 nights and 5 days of my flight ‘ Stephanie at reception is extremely empathetic and wish was running lima british Council and exotica too all devoid of any responsibility or respect for citizen rights or client privileges ! Highly recommended for extremely sensitive and empathetic response in extremely traumatic circumstances! Great breakfast in fact was as good as Mercure alameda Quito I stayed for 7 hours at night after I left this hotel ! Both hotels are excellent for these totally unpredictable circumstances where any one can be a victim ! My sincerest regards to Hans and his team ! Last day at check in i was aksed to wait for couple minutes, they checked the room. And then told that i stole towels 😂 even though we cleared out the situation it was bad taste after left

The location is in Miraflores and walking distance to Tourist Information Office Larco. I also walked to Larcomar on New Year's Eve to watch fireworks. There are two Oxxo stores nearby. Very convenient for buying water and food. The room was nice, had a cupboard and the washroom was clean. Only the shower door leaked water on to the floor. They only provide one kind of soap for face, handwashing, hair washing, etc. Common for hotels these days. There are several nice restaurants nearby and you can take the bus to Barranco.

The wifi is really poor. I did not realize it at first. As soon as I got out of the hotel and connected at the Tourist Information Centre, emails came popping in. Also, water is very expensive as they sell it. Please buy it at the Supermarket. Although service is friendly, I am not sure why they told me that there would be no fireworks. I would have missed the lovely display at the waterfront.

Dear Fellows, The attendants at Arawi Express were kind and gentle. When we wanted to go somewhere else in Lima, they not only indicated how to go but also lent us a bus card that we could charge and use on the metropolitan buses. The hotel was quite close to the bus station and near the epicenter of Miraflores, the main touristic neighborhood in Lima. At the same time, our street was calm and easy to walk by. Our room was spacious, although we could use more luggage space for our bags. The safe was large and could fit our computer. The bathroom could have a hygienic dush for the people who cannot use toilet paper but have enough space and an excellent shower.

The entrance does not have a ramp but only stairs. It is difficult when you have a large bag. Maybe they should think of having a ramp or a lift for bags. Since we departed earlier, we had to have our breakfast in a hurry, with no time to wash our teeth and use the bathroom after breakfast. Should they open the breakfast a little earlier? I think so.

Comfortable mid-range option with good general facilities and for me a convenient location in a walkable area. Staff were very helpful with general advice/recommendations and even loaned a public transport card I could charge and use instead of needing to pay to buy my own. Appears well known to tour operators with no problems with pick up/drop offs. I didn't have the breakfast option so not sure how it is. Much better value than my other Lima accommodation.

The staff were lovely and gave us loads of useful tips to explore Lima center & Miraflores. The breakfast buffet was great with many options to choose from.

The room's window was facing an interior patio so not much privacy, apart from this everything was great.

I stayed at Arawi Miraflores for 1 night before joining a tour in Lima. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. It was an easy walk to the center of Miraflores, and there were many cafes and restaurants very close. The room was basic but comfortable and quiet.

Breakfast was delicious, rooms were immaculate and the shower in our room was particularly excellent. The decor was a modern twist on the traditional and staff were very helpful when checking in and out.

In general the reception staff were very pleasant and the housekeeping team were always available and interested in assisting us. However, when we had dinner on our final night the serving staff in the restaurant rushed our meal, insisted we order everything from drinks to desserts as soon we took our seats and removed our dishes even before we had finished In fact the servers were actively encouraging all diners to hurry up so they could prepare for setting up breakfast. This did mar our experience as it was our last impression of the hotle
