It was a short walk to the beach, a short walk to Peru hop bus line, a short walk to a bustling farm market, a short walk to Starbucks. A short walk to get a suit made and a short walk to pizza alley. The antique artifact displays, the historic art, the indigenous tapestries decorating every inch of the place was spectacular. The library of large picture books depicting everything of interest I Peru let you know what an amazing country this is!

Friendly, helpful staff including cleaners and kitchen staff. 24hour reception and tea and coffee. Excellent plentiful breakfast. Ambience and decor of hotel really wonderful...lovely Agida (spelling?) Took the time to explain about how the incredible antique collections came about. Showers had great pressure. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable. We loved being so close to Parque Kennedy...it felt like we were right in the hub but hotel was still quiet. Close to Multi-red banco de la nacion atms for zero fees. Close to markets, good food ... only approx 15 min walk to the various cliff top parks and Larcomar shopping centre. The perfect stay!! They even minded my big bag until i returned from my trek to stay 1 more night 10 days or so later.

Very friendly staff. Let me hold my luggage there after checkout. Excellent location. Maybe 6 minutes from the airport Express Bus stop. Safe area. I read the reviews about noise, and while it wasn't absolute silence, it was very quiet and I'm a light sleeper. I had a room on the 3rd floor facing the inside courtyard/lobby area. Fast WiFi. Breakfast was basic but decent. Cost extra (not much, maybe $5}. Scrambled eggs, onions, breads, cheese, ham, fruit etc. Excellent value. Clean. Water pressure was good. Hot water plentiful. Would recommend.

The hotel is in a great location. Esperansa Street is quiet, it is important that no one in the building in the neighborhood celebrates their birthday. We listened to electronic hits until midnight one night. from the hotel 10 minutes to Mercado1 (juice, fruit, even a great seafood lunch) which is next to the Metropolitano - bus metro. 11-12 stops to historic downtown for $1. No taxi needed. Next to the hotel is Kennedy Park. Breakfast is monotonous but tasty. The menu is simple - scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, cheese, ham, tea, coffee, buns. The rooms are small (with two suitcases and backpacks there is not much space), but tidy. The bathroom is clean. Very nice staff, helped a lot to optimize our time in Lima. It takes about 20 - 25 minutes to walk to the stony beach. The waves tossed us like an empty plastic bottle. The hotel is great!

Very close to the center of Miraflores, walking distance to everything. Very good energy, nice clean rooms and super friendly staff. WiFi was good as well. The beds are extremely comfortable, hot water and clean rooms.

As many properties in Lima, there is no central heating system, so depending on the time of travel, it may be a bit chilly. Since it is close to the center, there is a bit of noise from the outside, so very sensitive sleepers may be a bit bothered (not a problem for us)

This was a perfect stay! In the centre of miraflores. The staff are so lovely and helpful and it is exceptionally clean and feels safe! There is someone on the desk 24/7 and entry into the property is monitored with a secure gate. Good breakfast too Check out is 1pm which is great if you need to check out slightly later. The property respond very quickly to messages and are happy to help

Very nice decor. Close to a popular park where it's always crowded. Some evenings you will hear loud music from your room. The single glass windows and thin door do not help to reduce the noise. I used ear plugs. Good matras and pillows! The breakfast is of regular quality but did not disappoint. I would not mind staying there again.

The noise from the center is very easy to hear from the room. Also noise from inside the hotel can be heard very clearly. For example a group of guests sitting in the living room.

Good breakfast options, great reception area and staff were really friendly, location was great!!! Close to green spaces not far from the beach & lots of restaurants. 5 mins walk from the tourist centre airport service which is 15 soles. Rooms were very spacious and cleaning came each day.

We had a room on the ground floor which had a window to reception so we had no daylight as would’ve given up privacy. But fair for the price we paid!

The staff was very kind and helpful. For instance, they were always able to find me a taxi for a reasonable price. Also, the location was great, being in the middle of Miraflores.

The room was a bit small, but being that I was alone, it was not a problem. I had a balcony, which was great, but the door to the balcony does not insulate sound very well. So you may have a hard time if you are a light sleeper.

The property was in a good location, a very short distance from Parque Kennedy and close to all Miraflores amenities. It was on a side street so it was pleasantly quiet on the property. The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly and allowed us to store our bags after checkout the day we left.

The room did not have much airflow and the fan didn’t work properly. The low speed setting didn’t work and the high speed setting was too loud to be able to sleep when it was going.
