everything was perfect until breakfast, otherwise eating would be a 10. Great location, hot water and clean rooms

On our last morning we asked if we could go for breakfast 10minutes early due to our bus. They said this was not allowed even though the buffet was already set up. We went down for breakfast at the correct time, then they said it was an issue that we were taking our breakfast away rather than eating there. There is no need for staff to be awkward and try and make things difficult. Customer service needs improving by breakfast woman and receptionist.

Great location close to the coastal park walkway and park Kennedy. Lots of good restaurants in the Miraflores neighborhood. Felt very safe walking everywhere. Clean and comfortable rooms and great value for the price. Very nice breakfast and dining room. Super nice landing place when arriving in Peru for the first time.

Breakfast very good. Good location near banks shops and cafés.

The staff were friendly and helpful but one was rather snooty. The priming on the lower wall near the entrance to the room hadn't been done properly as bubbles were apparent under the paintwork.

The location of this hotel is great. The staff was super friendly. They have good breakfast. Super centric, it has elevators, and it has AC. It’s walking distance to so many things and has a lot of great restaurants nearby.

In the room we stayed in we could hear a lot of outside noise, but that’s not the hotels fault, just happens.

Location was good, staff was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. They had a 24 hour bar to get water. The breakfast was buffet style, there was so much variety and the food was very good. It’s the most lavish hotel breakfast I’ve had in Peru.

Great buffet breakfast, room was spacious, hotel staff is friendly, location is great. We left the hotel at 2am next day and they charged us not full stay fee, but $30 which was great (I think, considering we won't have breakfast in the morning). No complaints! Thank you!

Sometimes there were stains in the cups at breakfast and as we moved to our room there were hair in the bed But nothing to worry about

A busy hotel in a safe area about 5 -10 walk from numerous bars and restaurants. Staff were all polite and it helped that they spoke English.

Could get very busy at breakfast time due to large groups.

Great hotel placed in lovely Miraflores. The beds were comfy, staff was kind and we could leave our luggages for whole day. Comunication was easier than in other places because they speak English very good. Super price compare to conditions.
