The location is good. The beds are huge and comfortable. Good value for the money.

The ventilation system seems to be automatic. We couldn't change the temperature and it was quite cold. The TV system is quite complicated. The staff from the restaurant was quite slow. It is true it was an event and the restaurant. However, the food is good and the prices are not very high. The view from the lower stories is not the best.

The bed was massive and super comfortable, the staff were really lovely, the rooftop pool was great and the food was delicious!! We loved the breakfast 😍 the location is also great!

The only thing I would change, is the lighting in the restaurant in the evening is a bit too bright, an ‘evening mood/setting’ would really add to the ambience. But that’s it! Everything else was great ☺️

Room was big and clean. The restaurant and bar were excellent. Great food. The staff were great. Omar the Doorman was " the fixer" and knew how to get you what you needed...very helpful.

The only criticism I have is that you had to pay for bottled water. That is a bit absurd considering you can't drink the tap water. They also charged for the in-room coffee. Honestly, just add 5 bucks to the nightly rate and include the water and coffee. For me, that kind of stuff is what sticks with me. Too bad.

Only one pillow per person. Mattress a tad too soft. An extra pillow to read in bed wouldn’t hurt. No help from staff with suitcases even when they saw us struggling. No salt available easily to guests in breakfast room. Sauna always off and cold. No humid sauna, just a dry one. Small gym with only two old mats but enough for me.

Both outside security and the front desk that work nights at this location are absolutely fabulous. They were kind, helpful, efficient, and thoughtful. They had better service than the JW Marriott! They even packed us a light breakfast when we had an early morning the next day. I loved the 3 bed for 3 people in a room. The rooms were SO spacious (again more than the JW). They had hot water, air conditioning, a desk, good location. Would 10/10 stay here again.

The taxi service pricing from the airport was $25 USD to pick us up and take us to the hotel but 90 soles to drop us off. I wish they had consistency given the driver partnered with the hotel.

The twin room was quite spacious with comfy beds and big windows. The bathroom was clean, albeit some bits were a bit old so not looking as spotless. Good location, friendly staff and nice reception.

As mentioned above, the bathroom could take a bit of revamping. Breakfast has a decent selection, nothing too special. Gym facilities less than average with very basic equipment only, there isn't even a treadmill!

I kindly asked the man in reception to please change my room from a King Size to a double room and I noticed him bothered and told me he had no more rooms, then I checked on booking and yes there were 2 more rooms available, so this man in reception lied about not having another room for me. I also saw him not helping a guest over the phone with his reservation lying he was not able to. A shame this man acting personally with guests.

The lovely gentleman at the reception alone made my stay great. He arranged a very early check in and he gave away UK > Peru electricity outlet converter. He also gave slippers when I asked for them. Also I liked the safe in the room was as big to have a mac in it.

Although water pressure and hot water availability was great, it was difficult to adjust a nice temp. It was either too hot or too cold. Meanwhile, the bathroom floor was inevitably wet after every shower, making it difficult to use toilet without making your feet wet.

Lovely staff, clean and modern hotel within walking distance to lots of sights. Breakfast was great too. Lots of choice and decent quality. The room had a living area that I didnt use, but it definitely helped give a feeling of space you dont often get in hotel rooms
