It is a hidden gem! The hotel does not emphasise enough an interesting balance of modern and historic in their interior and as an experience! The hotel has old historic house attached to the modern new/renovated 8-9 stored building that is being used as a hotel restaurant/space for breakfast. It is magnificent! Old brick/clay/wood/metal building in impressive care! You got 100% vibes of peaceful, non-plastic vibes when enjoying nice breakfast! The room interior was also in alliance of 19th century Lima style! Wonderful experience!

Very good location, very safe and walkable. Breakfast was pretty good, and the common areas were charming. The staff was attentive and responsive. I probably made a pest of myself messaging them about my airport transfers.

The property gives the impression of a once grand hotel that is in decline. Little things were frayed (decay around the bathroom mirror, lopsided chandelier in the lobby) and broken (one of the sink drains not connected to its plunger, up button on the lobby elevator). Very aware that the USD 25 I was charged for the airport transfers was far above the norm. I paid it without argument because I was a stranger in a strange land. I really like breakfast but no coffee? That's crazy.

Fantastic hotel, the room and bathroom were really big, comfortable and with a great breakfast, we requested an iron and arrived in less than 2 minutes. The stay was amazing because of Mr. Juan a very lovely gentlemen, he was helping with breakfast and services, very smily and happy, this is exactly what you want to find in hospitality, genuine people that love their job, he definitely deserves at least a pay rise.

You have to walk quite a bit to reach the main attractions or coast

I love the location close to all amenities and the beaches,hotel very tidy and all staff were absolutely brilliant,very helpful and always welcoming,lovely breakfast plenty to eat,I couldn't wish for nothing better,I would definitely recommend Hotel Real and I would definitely book Hotel Monte Real in the future thank you

The hotel is lovely with an elegant touch. It located in Miraflores which is a nice section of town The staff is exceptional! Everyone who helped us was friendly, highly trained and effective. Breakfast is home cooked and delicious. The rooms are spacious and attractive. The hotel is pet friendly with a garden in the back for your pet to explore.

Hospitality and goood breakfast with excelent service, Probably the best was the openess of the reception staff and how close they where to us.

The phone in the room didn't work properly but we had whatsapp to communicate so there was no problems.

Cynthia - at the reception was great help allowing me to check in earlier and help me negotiate the rate of the taxi driver I took from the airport. The hotel has a nice charm to it. I had a great stay.

I was cold in the evening and asked for an extra blanket in the evening - couldn’t get one because the housekeeping lady wasn’t around. As an alternative I had to ask for the ac remote to warm the room.

Felt like a wonderful oasis in Lima. Very comfortable room. Liked the double sinks in the bathroom. Short walk to the seaside. Excellent breakfast box provided as had to leave very early in the morning.

Struggled to connect to wifi. Hot water took a long time to flow

great breakfast! very attentive and called before 10 to see if I wanted it brought up, if you are not a morning person tell them in advance. wifi wasn't ok on my floor so they gave me a fast 5g cellular wifi adaptor.

Great Hotel , Great Location , quiet area. The Staff was very Friendly, I want and a need to mention the Breakfast lady because she was very friendly and always was ready to help us , same with te other part of the staff !!
